Looks like he is and he's looking for those projects that are wanting to get into an exchange to conduct an IEO. And as I understand his service, he's the one that will manage all of the work but there's still lacking a lot of details. He didn't mentioned on what's this exchange he has or he has been working with. And he never replied to this thread, it's already 4 days but we haven't heard anything from him although he has been online 2 days ago.

I think you can directly talk to people who are having their introductory posts in this forum as I am sure they are also looking for any exchange (I am assuming you must be related to an exchange) where they can carry their IEOs which is now getting more popular and accepted instead of just the usual ICOs. I am just suggesting that you don't automatically work with any project without first making sure that the project is not a big scam and that the people behind the project are real and genuine, this way you are protecting your own reputation.

I told people this was going to happen. Remember when ICOs were a big thing? We had all kinds of ICO management companies pop up and ask projects 'hey do you want to make ICO?' And we all know what happened after that right?

Same thing is going to happen now.

As I've expected as well. It's going like this 'Hey, we've got an exchange and we're looking for projects that want to conduct an IEO, come join us'. IEO has been brought up by hype because it was Binance but if it was a not popular exchange, people wouldn't look at it. Well, anyway as we've been commenting on this thread there's still no response from the original poster. Just don't look at this as something serious because projects that will just conduct an IEO without solid plans will eventually get dumped.

IEO is trending at the moment so people are going to make money by spreading about any project even if it got scam intention because most of the shit exchange don't care about the investors all they want is part of the funds which were raised on IEO.

If you check op's previous post , its clear that he owns an exchange bitcort and he is looking for projects who want to run IEO in his exchange. But the exchange is very new and conducting IEO in such a platform is not advisable at the moment. First op needs to advertise his exchange and make it poular instead of planning to run IEO.

If my understanding is right! please do not go with such people to list your project on exchange. Every exchanges gives the way to list the tokens directly on contacting them.
Many middlemen are here and there on Linkedin saying that they are providing such services get money from you.

If you are from a part of any new project and want to make an IEO then you can contact for the further details.

As far as i understand on what he do meant where he do seek projects that wants to make IEO.
IEO might be a new hype now but it wont work into unknown or non famous exchangers.
