What's the minimum amount of posts you have to do? Assuming it's 0.00005 per activity point would I get 0.0063 per week?

BIT-X.com appears to have a rather large advertising budget as he is bidding on all 8 forum advertising slots @ 2.95 BTC each (total bid value of 23.6 BTC) so he may potentially start a big signature campaign in the future as he appears to have a large advertising budget.

It appears that his website is some kind of exchange.

EDIT: this is ~70 BTC to be shown on roughly 80% of threads on the forum for a month. PD was able to achieve a likely penetration rate for only ~25 BTC per month so it would almost certainly make sense for him to start a signature campaign as signature campaigns are generally more cost effective then forum advertising.

Yes and 400 activity or higher would give you the maximum payout of 0.02/week. Apparently you don't have to post to get the payment

Correct the point is the management of the signature can be pretty low. Escrow services will do the payout if needed so you don't have to trust the manager of the campaign with any BTC

That wasn't news but just speculation on when people would like it to start. I'm sure most would like it to start ASAP, but it shouldn't be rushed. From what I was told Stunna seems to be setting up a pretty good system to put in place which will benefit everyone and the forum.

Almost certainly not seeing as newbs can't even have links in their signature. At the least it would probably be limited to Members but the minimum rank is likely to be Seniors like it was last time, but don't quote me on that.
