Yes, you need to make constructive posts, even if the company doesn't care, the forum rules demand that you make quality posts (else you will be banned).

I assume the payout in dollars stays about the same when bitcoin doubles, right? So why would a cheaper bitcoin be better for us users in a campaign? Yes you get more bitcoins, but no you can't buy more with it. So why does it matter?

Looking on the site it seems similar to Nicehash. You can mine with their pools or rent hashing power from other people. Doesn't seem like a ponzi based on how it's run. Plus they provide their pool so you can monitor the hashing power.
