The process is finished & no announcements about VIDZ holders (they still exist?).

However, and read carefully here. There will be a coin swap at some point in the future, which will migrate everyone holding the current, temporary Blackcoin clone chain, to the sparkly, new, main net chain. This will likely happen at some point this year.

As I understand it you will need to hold your private keys (maybe Cryptopia will help), and then you can import the private keys into the new coin's wallet. The new chain will have Delegated Proof of Stake as the consensus mechanism. ATMOS will be used to power the economic incentive model that enables content system to function(arbitration, police nodes, bounty system). EOS is providing network security and bandwidth. The Novusphere whitepaper will be officially released soon, and addresses how this system will fucnction if the community decides to launch as a dApp instead of continuing development on its own chain. I recommend the discord https://discord.gg/FZtf2RT if you want to stay current. The dev holds weekly audio meetings where you can ask questions.
