World War III ?

Everyone is anticipating world war III and it will happen soon.

Why do you think so? I am 99.99% sure that the next world war is at least 20-30 years away. Now almost a dozen nations (including North Korea and Pakistan) are in the possession of nuclear weapons. That means that there is a very high chance of nukes being used in the next world war.

I think leaders are aware that a worldwide warfare would be disastrous for all and things are being done to avoid that. We wouldn't know if it's going to happen soon or not since a single action by a world leader can trigger it. That's why most leaders are resorting to democratic approaches towards north korea.

Most people talk about world war 3. But my point of view, there will not be a world war 3. Reason is countries are using strategic plans instead of wars to attack other countries.

No one wants World War 3 but there might be someone who wants war because of the money they can gain from it. I think it will start from North Korea. We all know that they are crazy with their nuclear weapons and the only way to use it is through war. Maybe they will get tired of testing it and wants to use it on real battle. Hopefully, other nations will be able to stop them from their craziness. The world will not survive World War 3 so lets not wish for it.

It could be but I think not for for now as what you already said "preparation" and once everything is ready and the perfect time is come that will blow up. Generally speaking power in our time is the thing that every nation is longing and the very reason why there are countries that strengthening their military forces and weapons. It would be even worse than the last two and is unavoidable.
It is a better Idea to start funding for a bunker in some remote place if you want to be safe.

As far as I can see, North Korea is exercising a lot of restraint right now and they are even trying to repair their relationship with South Korea and Japan. But on the other hand, the Americans are needlessly trying to provoke the Northerners again and again.

God forbid. May it never happen. Though with the current situation we have right now it is not far that world war lll will indeed happen. But i cannot even imagine how would it be. My family, children, young one, pregnant women, nursing mothers. But everybody is predicting it is going to happen.

If World War III would occur then human extinction is inevitable. With the presence of nuclear weapons around the world, nuclear holocaust would happen and everybody is in a no win situation that is why i think that it would not happen.

It is not certain though. Almost a dozen nations have nuclear capability now, including rogue nations such as Pakistan and North Korea. It will depend a lot on the sides participating in the war. If it is between the Muslims and the Christians, then there are high chances that the Pak nuclear weapons will end up with the ISIS or the Al Qaeda.

He who has not tasted war and its effect is the one who will say we need way. War is destructive. Consider what happened to parts of africa that warred recently and other parts of the world.

world war 3 is not gonna be like the previous way where humans carried guns and were shooting at each other. Today a city in one foriegn country can be dessimated by the press of a button.
how many countries do you think have this capabilities, they are many. we should not just think about war as it is dangerous to lives and infrastructure. The cost of destruction far out way the cost of repairs.

Nope... Even if there is a third world war, there will be a lot of nations who are going to stay as neutral parties. For example, if the next world war is one waged by the United States against a China/Russia coalition, then countries such as India, Indonesia, Ethiopia, Myanmar.etc are likely to remain neutral.

I hope it world war 3 will not happen though , remember that war isn't good you know that , it can kill a million and over a billion lives , the main reason why they wanted to war is because the POWER , power to rule the world though.

There will be nothing, just a few missiles here and there to calm down the people of our countries (USA, France, UK, etc). None of our countries want to create a global war "just for this".

I do not know, will it happen or not, but I hope that it will not happen.
Though the situation is very tense now, I guess that countries will understand the threats of world war now and will not let it happen.
