World war 3  is possible because most of the countries increasing their armed power and they try to dominate others. So the   possibles for the world war are more. Another thing the need of oil, in to days situation the world  do not work without petroleum. So he next war can be started for petroleum too.

Not for only petroleum but if you see ralation between different countries are getting worse day by day.

The only chance for a WW3 right now is a confrontation between China and the United States. With the defeat of Hillary, the chances of a US vs Russia war is extremely low. Also, the chances of an invasion of Iran has also been greatly reduced.

I agree, it is low chance that United States will have quarrel with Russia, and that they will start World War III. But I'm not sure about China and United States tho. I dont agree with that. It doesn't have to happen that way. Difference between wars in the past and this one would be large. In world war II they invented atomic bomb and they used it. But in this day and age people have more knowledge and know what would happen if it comes to nuclear war, so it is low chances that it will happen. There would be a lot of casualties like in every war, but it wouldn't be all gone.

World War I and II Had passed. All the countries tied in United Nation. However recently there seem grouping countries. They join in the military coalition. Islamic countries have allied. Some comunists countries also take position with the winning Russia in Syria helped by Iran.

US , China and other super power countries may prepare all the possibilities. Will World War III Problably happen? Where will it start from?

I am concerned about the Taiwan issue. Now tensions seems to have cooled down, after Trump confirmed that he respects the one-China policy. But they can re-ignite anytime. China is surrounded by the US bases, in countries such as Japan, South Korea, Philippines.etc. If a confrontation with the US happen, then the Chinese cities will be converted to rubble in a matter of hours. And since the mainland US is tens of thosuands of kms away, not many American lives are going to get lost.

A new world war will never benefit anyone. Now every country has nuclear weapons. These nuclear weapons can be used in a possible world war.
If this happens, we lose all the progress we've made in the last 100 years. I don't think any government will bore this.

Nothing wrong in what he said. We can't afford a WW3 right now. Just see the aftermath of the WW1 and WW2. The best of the humankind were exterminated in those two catastrophes. There is no need for a NATO vs China or NATO vs Russia war right now. The Americans should mind their business, and the Russians should mind theirs.

I don't think there would be any world war 3 and just in case it happens it would be for food, water or by the ISIS since they are too violent and no real steps are being taken against any of the three.

ISIS will be gone in less than 12 months time. They are losing territory on all sides. In Iraq, the army has almost evicted them from Mosul. They are about to lose Al Bab to the FSA, and Raqqa to the Kurds. Also, the Syrian army is about to re-capture the ancient city of Palmyra.

Hmm that sound like something that people should be careful with. But i must admit that i don't know much about world politics, don't have too much free time so that i would follow world news. But it is good from time to time to learn what is happening in the world . There is too much disagreements in the world.

LOL... in the history of the mankind, there were always disagreements and conflicts. And this is going to continue in the near future as well. Even if the entire world comes under a single jurisdiction, conflicts will occur.

There were always wars divided by periods of peace, but the world has changed. We have the most powerful weapons, capable of destroying our planet and we know it. The attitude towards war is different. It changed in the last 20 years and we probably won't see another world war in our lives. During the cold war we were very close and nothing happened, so don't worry too much.
