After reading the post you mentioned (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1781214), it looks like achow101 already did all the work somebody can humanly do to help you.
The only thing left to do is to sign the raw transaction he has prepared for you, and broadcast it to the network.

achow101 even told you that he's willing to broadcast the transaction for you if you post it on the forum.... Don't know what more anybody can do to help you...

Here's the output i get when i decode his transaction:

Code:
bitcoin-cli decoderawtransaction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

If you agree to this*, follow the next steps he has told you in this post:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1781214.msg17784955#msg17784955

* The simplest way to verify if everything is correct would be to look up all the transactions in the "vin"-section, look at the "vout" of each "txid". vout 0 of txid abc means the 0-th (1st) output of transaction abc.
Summarise all the outputs, write the sum down
Then look at the "vout" section of the json, look at how much output will be sent to each address, summarise all these numbers and substract it from the sum calculated in the previous step. The difference between the two numbers is the fee.

This will be helpful to accelerate some transactions this site will help you.  https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/  please update me if done.Nowadays Bitcoin transactions is very slow because of trafficso please use a high fee next time.

The OP is talking about this transaction:
https://blockchain.info/tx/7b41cec5e2db41aed6985e6d3f7cdacf6f60431ebe383ba09e096cc82f5e67a4

It's 1993 bytes and has a 10.000 satoshi fee. That's 5 satoshi's per byte. ViaBTC only accepts transactions with a +10 satoshi per byte fee.

His options are limited:
1) waiting (like discussed in his first thread, linked in the OP)
2) doublespending the unconfirmed input for the transaction (like discussed in his first thread, linked in the OP)
3) paying a miner to include the tx in their block (like discussed in his first thread, linked in the OP)
4) RBF or CPFP

OP: please close this thread and use the original thread to post updates... Asking help in two different threads will become very confusing for everybody.
