this is always the problem with people who doesn't know how to assess themselves I guess as a personal thought this is the advantage of pro gamblers against the regular gamblers with pro they know when to stop and they are not affected of any emotion they knew that day is not good for them and they will give up even at a small loss and leave while regular gamblers will proceed and sometimes yolo and big chances losing everything,.

In my side, I just let my emotions flow. I just go on with the flow as long as I know what I am doing, the right thing. But if you really can't control your emotions, then try to control your mind and let your physical acts like take a depth breath and just relax.

It is really hard control such emotions especially when you are winning alot of bitcoin or money, the same as losing, if you are losing a lot of bitcoin or money there are urges that come.up making us unstoppable on our gambling activity. More likely experienced gamblers are really good at this, controlling thyselves and others.

That's one of the toughest thing if you are winning on streak and you don't know what to do. Because you think that you can keep on winning with your luck. And if you are in this type of crucial game, just save some of your money and just keep on gambling until you think you are not comfortable anymore with yourself.

I think you are really addicted to gambling because you gamble again and again to cover your loses but of course that's your wish. I would recommend you to not see the screen when the roll is happening and check after a few seconds. If you won you should of course be happy but if you lost you shouldn't get angry because it was technically your fault in one way. Just take a deep breath and exhale slowly do that 5-10 times it hasn't helped me in gambling but in real life this has helped me a lot to control angry or sadness and calm my mind.

See if anyone bet higher amount the tension is common for everyone. But you should know how to handle that situation. In sports betting it is different but in Dice game, it is instant result off course when we roll we will have a lot of pressure. My suggestion is just to check one or two rolls if you get lost again better stop your play and try in some other time. In that situation, your mind needs some rest.

There are really differences between a pro/experience gambler into a newbie/casual gamer because same as you said pros could already saw or set it up on how they gonna play and putting some limits regarding on their bets and patters on playing which do really have a plan compared to casual gamers which are just betting on random ways.

even though i did not play dice anymore since there is big accident causing me in a lot of debt and almost getting poor . what a dangerous game isn't it? i prefer to not touch that game until now not even for check your luck for one or two rolls as it could leading you into fast addiction.

IMO, as i always lose is due to failing emotional control.

Then, i found out that, i will never ever able to control when comes to gambling.

Even i tell myself, only bet big with profits, never get myself cleaned. But it just doesnt work that way.

What i can advice is that if you really couldnt control yourself, don't bet. I myself always quit betting for months, came back, lose, stop, came back and lose again.

Gambling is just not for me

Getting excited and feeling nervous when you are betting are normal to players who are betting big amount or for people who are trying to recover their loss and will just lead to bet more. Well as i experience this already in the past many times and the results are all the same that i lose everything because i couldnt control myself that wants to recover the losses, Now i just don't mind my emotion i just think of the bad results that i had before that way i can avoid rage betting.

Basically this does not happen when you have a goal in mind and once reached you have enough firm mind to stop gambling right away.

Yes, I also feel very nervous when I have made like 10 times what I deposited initially because then I have the positive energy around me since winning 10 times but the fear of loosing all the money I made is 100 times bigger than that and often force make to make some unwanted bets.

He is not playing with the high amount, but when he lose money in the previous betting he will increase his betting amount to get back his loss. If you can not control your emotions when you bet high then don't continue your play when you are in back to back the loss. Stop the play when you get to lose. You need to get back your lost play other game to recover the loss.

I think there's only so much you can do to improve those. The best is probably to make a habit of only making a bet a few hours after you've decided, to make sure you have time to think over it and make sure it isn't unrealistic. In my opinion, controlling emotion is easier if you have the right personality for it.

Thanks. Actually this now my current game strategy. I change my gambling type everytime i lost many consecutive bets. I just do slot and poker to recover my lost. And this really helps me control my emotion because the tense is remove on lite type of game.
