It's kinda confuse what is OP really want. This title say "Signature campaign", but he said he is looking for "0.0125 btc for nice banners".
And if you read carefully, he doesn't mentioned if 0.0125 btc for each rank or he just wanted to make 1 signature for 1 rank (E.g Hero/Legendary).
IMO, open a contest with 0.0125 btc as the prize, not a good idea.

I think he said it required a signature banner to coin a project that he created, he did not open up and give BTC 0.0125 per rank, he just needed the right banner and a good, a gift he can give 0.0125 BTC informs about making banners signatures for projects his coins, maybe that's what he meant.

I did not catch what you mean, if you held a contest to create a banner or ask for directions to create banners signature project of your coins, please explain so that everyone here to understand and know that you are looking for.
