A) The user can say the account was hacked and recover it through paypal.
B) Some funds can be chargebacked if not all

No offense but if you think an id helps anything your nuts Even though you ask id + selfie the chance of chargeback through localbitcoins is way above 70% i would guess. There is so much documents laying around the web and "scammers" obtain them for innecent people and reuse them for fraud. Not to talk about photoshop..
