I want to post an ad on craigslist but it gets deleted after some hours even I post it from PVA. If anyone knows how to do this please pm me willing to pay few dollers.

which location & section of craigslist would you like to post these ads?

NOTE : ads are deleted or ghosted easily in certain location.

Try posting ads in less competitive location i.e france,belgium,italy for it to stand.It can still show on other location of craigslist.

I'm trying to post it on mostly USA and UK for reselling some goods in past my ads were lasting for 10-20 but now it disappears quickly even when I use PVA to post ad but I'll try your suggestions thanks buddy.

if you would like to post in US cities [highest competitiveness] you need to pay people with established accounts to post. otherwise they get deleted/

I've posted many ads there in the past with PVA no problem for around 20 days but recently my ads are getting deleted quickly even I follow their terms.
