You can rent cryptonight algo on nicehash, that could be a solution.  Then you point that hashrate to a pool of your choice.  Its pretty easy to set up.

its not sir its asking for user name and password whic is not requires in monero pool .. and its not taking it with username and pass

really ?  You should ask the question on the bitcointalk nicehash thread.  nicehash support answers quickly there.  I'm sure they can help you.  I see you can rent cryptonight, and sell cryptonight so it should be possible.  maybe complicated, but possible.
