What about using the blockchain technology to transfer money like western union or so..except those high wu fees goes to miners instead so all ppl will benefit from this money transfer ..sure it will be with a competetive fees ...the block reward will only be the fees no coins is generated....(like a western union blockchain)..just thinking it will be nice.

I mean it won't be a currency just a blockchain transfer like what some banks now are trying to do ...there will be no block reward just data sent over blockchain and the miners get this fee as a reward

lol, no it can be pegged to 1usd so it's only for fast cheap blockchain transfer (like usdt or so )

i think is very dificult if western union to applicated in bitcoin, this mean bitcoin can direct receive fiat money same western union without exchange
if you want selling bitcoin use western union is easy many exchanger supported
but bitcoin to can same western union i think is imposible, is difference use bitcoin and western union

I will try to tell you how i think about this blockchain transfer imagine if a company invested amount of money to use it to transfer money between countries like WU so all you need to do is going to this company website and purchase some usdt with your credit card those usdt is transfered to the other party through the blockchain minus a small fee which is going to the miners whom secure this blockchain , the other party will go to the same company website to exchange this usdt into usd in his credit card or so. So there no need for exchangers here it's just used as money transfer ,now you will ask what is the profit of this company , i can imagine that those miners are the company and in order to mine this coin you have to invest in the capital exchanged money.

if WU make WU coin, then i think WU is learn something from blockchain so they launch their own coin, the rate will be followed by the rate of WU itself. but its a good for WU if they can learn from blockchain and maybe they can integrate their system with blockchain system so between WU and blockchain can connected and work together as payment gateway.

Ah, I do see what you mean. Why not just use Bitcoin for that though? It doesn't make sense to make a totally new coin. No offence, if money was going to collapse tomorrow $1 USD isn't any difference than 0.00094291 BTC if you really think about it. So I kind of don't see your point lol or is it just me?

A pump n dump Western Union coin would be interesting, I would most likely join in on that then exit before it gets bad. The same scenario that I typed to RentGPU remains -it would be kind of pointless for WU coin to be made for real.
