Yes, cointelegraph.com is one of the leading news site for bitcoins and altcoins. HOWEVER, take everything they say with a pinch of salt. They are prepared to do anything for money. In the past, they have promoted blatant scams in "press releases" in order to receive money from scammers. There is no point trading based entirely on news  (unless major), since the people who knew it beforehand have probably already taken advantage of the price.

There have been major accusations against cointelegraph for sponsored articles.
This article kinds of sums it up.

Nowadays, they clearly label articles which are paid for as press releases. They charge a bomb for these too.

their charge incredible fee but they didn't review if the article they are posting is legit or just hoax, there some news on their site that is allegedly misleading and made controversy. I preferred coindesk rather than cointelegraph, But if the sole purpose of OP is just to advertise, Then go to cointelegraph because they have many reader

There are many bitcoin media these days, but never trust media that have lots sponsors about HYIP, FUD or ponzi Angry
Even if your goal to advertise your website, i think it's better to search bitcoin media with good reputation (no sponsors/ads about HYIP, FUD or ponzi).

Personally, i think https://99bitcoins.com/ and https://bitcoinmagazine.com/ are great media. You also can try advertise your website on this forum as well.
