So, have we entered full reversal mode yet? It seems to me that occasionally a wall pops up to push the price back into the *right* direction.
FrankenSegwit isn't as great as you think. If it prevents a split on August the 1st, that will definitely be a good sign. However, we will experience the same problems again before their flag day HF.

So, have we entered full reversal mode yet? It seems to me that occasionally a wall pops up to push the price back into the *right* direction.
I'm not sure if this is a healthy correction to the huge increase we had over the past few months or what. It seems like SegWit news is keeping it alive but I'm not sure of the cause for this rally in the first place so who knows. If the big investors are still looking at bitcoin as a safe place for their money there is plenty of room upwards. |

Bitstamp bullish AF. That wall kept Stamp from dropping and now is fueling this run up to 2300... feels too contrived though as the rest of the market sits and watches. |

It needs 80% to activate.
Doesn't it have to sustain over 80% for like two days? a certain number of blocks? or am I remembering incorrectly? Do you guys (and gal) think that we are experiencing such bullish price pressures because of this seemingly activation thingie? As I type, Stamp is kind of pushing much higher prices (2-4%), and everyone else is seeming more resistant to follow.. maybe afraid of getting dumped upon? gun shy? |

The price has been following activation for a while. The dump over the weekend came right after Garzick announced that the software (that was supposed to be released) was not ready. Rebounded after the software was released and miners started using it. |

Last week is beginning to look like an aberration. The almost 2-year-old uptrend seems to still be in order.
It's funny how a little panic-inspired dip of less than a week's duration had so many people talking about bursting bubbles, bear markets, and the death of Bitcoin.
It seems a certain honey badger had different ideas.

Sup? BTC barely mooned in this uptrend ($3K? pshh), lets at least get our moonshot before a bear market. That's gonna require some nice long weekly greens. This bounce was strong, bears are gonna be fierce at the $2300 zone, but they getting nervous, segwit is just around the corner |
