Maybe a big blocker wants to encourage people to use the BCH chain instead. After all, the blocks are coming at a decent rate at BCH now and BCH is available for purchase at many of the exchanges now. |

Holy Batman!  They are making a bold claim there..... 0_o I like it. I am waiting the day in which Bitcoin ventures start advertising on national TV big time. If they are going to do what they say/hint they are going to do....... then the implications are enormous, even more so if they have cleverly worked out a way to use BTC in the mechanism of this "global internet connectivity" they talk of, beyond "simply" increasing the potential for market reach of BTC (which would be impressive enough) Blockstream.... You dark horse you Bastards got me with their advert... and that never happens. (not to mention the implications for the global economy and the direct implications for the 4.2 billion unconnected people- I really hope this delivers) Jeff Garzik talked about it some years ago. I forgot about it, it looked to much exotic in that time. But now they completed there business plan to launch Bitcoin satellites into Earth's orbit. My order is at 4255 not 3255(3255 was a typo). I only need a small movement downward to get my BTC back. I'm not much of a trader and am only dipping my toe in the water, so we are only talking about .01BTC right now. If the order gets left in the dust, I'll just move the fiat to Paypal and get a little something. |

Even counting at 16.5 million coins there would not at this point be enough BTC even for each millionaire in the world to have 0.5 BTC
