What is a fuckyoucoiner? Huh

Something you have to find out for yourself.

My take on it: a certain amount of Bitcoin which will transform you into someone who buys or does anything what he or she wants. In a fuckyou kind of style. Without having to care about your financial future.

It's not even racism. Muslims are not a race, idiots.

Fair enough

Racism and wishing death on children is fucking dumb as a bag of rocks though. Green dildos and meandering diatribes don't fall in the same category as blatant evil.

I do agree with you about the "heavily censored" part, though. And that's what the ignore button is for -- individualized censorship preferences.

I agree they do not fall in the same category. But we are all WO participants, we all fall in that "category".

Racist remarks and wishing death on people, meh who cares? We humans have been killing each other for thousands of years, that isn't going to change anytime soon. If people get offended by their posts, go get your emotions in check, they are just words on a forum. We are on a Bitcoin forum, we need to learn to master our emotions in order to gain more sweet and delicious corn!
What a way to tie back into Bitcorn and speak sense at the same time.

Emotions are an important aspect of life though and we would be ill-advised to discard them entirely. They're the other side of the coin and need to be balanced out with reason. Similarly going overboard with reason is a poor idea as well. You can reason your way into anything you want, not matter how grotesque. Without both reason and emotion things tilt off to the extremes.

I'm sure I don't have to point out who in this thread tilts too hard towards reason and who tilts too hard towards emotion at times. We all know who we are. The question is what we make of it.

Yes I completely agree with you. The most important lesson we can take from this, is the ability to learn from each other.

Discard your cognitive dissonance, open up yourself to all kinds of crazy ideas, theories, opinions and learn from it.

What if Satoshi is the reincarnation of Adolf Hitler? would you still own Bitcoin?

I am pretty sure R0ach would be the biggest shill Bitcoin has ever seen if this were the case Grin

What is a fuckyoucoiner? Huh

Enough BTC in someone's pocket, according to their pocket.

1. Fuck you Day Job
2. Fuck you everyone who hate BTC
3. Fuck you everyone who laughed at you when you mentioned BTC in public.
4. Fuck you Bank-fiat in the end- Long way to go but will get there eventually- I hope.

So many "Fuck you" but in a polite way Grin And not to mention an important part "Dark Green Rocket" towards 10k-20k-50k-100k and then Magic number.
according to their entry points and goals.

Nope, not opening myself up to close-mindedness. The only thing I really learned from this thread in the past couple days* is that some really perverse people are into bitcoin, but I guess I knew that already...

*That's not completely true, I learn something almost every time I click on this thread.

Opening up to is not the same as embracing something and all of its implications. If the US hadn't opened up to even looking at what was going on in Germany it wouldn't have stopped Hitler. And maybe if the right people opened up to Hitler he would've never gone down the path that he did.

Also, I strongly believe that the way in which you interact with things you hate strongly impacts the way you look at things you love. Closing off to aspects of one I believe could cause one to close off to aspects of what you love, for better and for worse.

And then, if one can't look at things he hates with an open mind then that suggests to me that their conviction has been flimsy at best in the first place.

You don't have to convince anyone and you don't have to be convinced by anyone during a conversation. And even without doing so you can always skim off some new information or perspective from the exchange.

I also firmly believe that you can not even begin to fully appreciate reality without remaining open to and learning from all aspects of it. After all, even our biggest enemies and the worst atrocities are part of the reality we find ourselves in. As a result, we are fundamentally incapable of understanding reality without really understanding our enemies. And we can't understand our enemies without engaging with them.

Can this child get a bann? He is telling racis things and still he can speak on this forum..
It's called freedom of speech. If you want to solve problems you need to be able to learn about them, and if he is a problem to you then you have nothing to gain by muting him.

It's not freedom of speech.  It is off topic, and even if a ban would not be warranted, surely deleting posts is a discretionary option.... especially for the mere degree of derailing this thread.......

You're regularly "off-topic" yourself (for example right now). And I was under the impression that it was established by the majority of us, including you, that these off-topic conversations were what made this thread so interesting and fun to come back to?

Bounced off $4k and now re-building for stabilization.

Fingers crossed for finding stability by Monday, and testing $4,100 by next Friday.

Everything seems to be proceeding according to plan.

Slow and steady.

HODL.

I was really concerned when we fell from the ATH of $19,xxx to the bottom

How is it humanely possible you did not see that coming?  It was a parabolic manipulation rise.  Even at $10,000 I was like "lol this is an Enron scam".

Well, Roach, you are so out of tune with bitcoin that you sold all of yours below $700, so of course, when it went to $10k, you had to attempt to make an analogy to something that you knew, and you still don't seem to realize that you are using the wrong analogies with regard to bitcoin.

Merited by JayJuanGee (1)

Buenos dias Tierra del Bitcoin. Back in the Maya Jungle after a horror show of a flight back down.

After having my afternoon flight overbooked, I was forced to take an evening flight out of my way to Mexico City, spend the night at the airport there, fly on a different airline to Cancun a day late, and have a normal half-hour bus trip to Playa del Carmen take almost 2 hours due to a detour caused by a bus accident (same bus line!)

Then I was charged double what I'd been booked for the day before, not as a missed reservation (I'd contacted the hotel as soon as my departure was delayed) but because it was now Spring Break and all rates were doubled. Gawd I hate the normals.

The real zinger though was the fact that my luggage disappeared somewhere along the line. Bringing a large amount of stuff back with me was one of my justifications for flying up to the freezing cold for a week in the middle of my winter in Mexico. I'd brought all kinds of stuff not available here: professional-quality stainless steel kitchenware, bulk vacuum-sealing bags, a portable toilet (ah, the luxury of an ensuite in the jungle), bamboo fitted sheets, a new bluetooth keyboard for lounging in bed, assorted tools, security cameras, etc. Even some cash.

Since the Air Canada Boeing 737 Max crash in Ethiopia a few days ago they're next to impossible to contact about the baggage checks they issued in Toronto. I don't know if my stuff is in Toronto, Mex City, or Cancun (or somewhere else for Chrisakes). The lousy $1000 they're sending me for the delayed flight doesn't come close to compensating me for all the aggravation and lost time, let alone anywhere near the value of what was in my luggage.

/rant

In the meantime the price of Bitcoin has edged up a little since I got back down here... currently $3999USD/$5335CAD (Bitcoinaverage).

Seems the battle for $4k continues.

Go Bitcoin go.
_____

P.S. I don't really hate the normals. I'm just glad I'm not one of them.  Cool

I agree. After that very powerful 6th February 2018 jump off $6000, I didn't expect to see bitcoin below $6000 ever again as well.

Oh well, sooner or later, we're going to an at least $100,000.

CRYPTO CONNECTION

The gunman appears to have published a 74-page manifesto for the attack that is making the rounds online and in which he rambled off inspirations, political and otherwise, leading up to this awful day. After revealing that video game Fortnite taught him how to be a killer, the gunman disclosed that he has dabbled in cryptocurrency, writing:

“I worked for a short time before making some money investing in BitConnect, then used the money from the investment to travel.”

He reportedly used the profits to travel overseas across Europe, Southeast Asia, and Asia, which may be where he became radicalized, according to the manager of the gym where the gunman worked.

Speaking of Articles.

DanHeld, is a bitcoin holder, and I just came across a decent piece that he wrote in October 2018... I cannot remember seeing it linked here... so some members may be interested in it.... even the racist bitcoiners, perhaps?
