@JJG
I am totally gambling with my crypto investment. I’m way over invested, if it all goes to $0 I am still a partner in a business & can live comfortably on what that brings in though.

Bitcoin is my honey pot though, I could sell everything now & pull out a lot of fiat but I have bigger dreams, much bigger. It’s all worked out very well so far.

I trust in the process, end of 2021 = fireworks.

Peaceful non-violent protest, respect for your city, and respect for your fellow man (no matter what race or class) is the only way to go on this. Anyone who believes otherwise is a fool.
I think the President just ordered the gassing of peaceful non-violent protesters 2 blocks from the White House so he could go and stand in front of a church with a bible.

Quote
In a massive show of force, federal law enforcement officers fired rubber bullets and tear gas at peaceful protesters outside the White House on Monday evening as President Trump appeared in the Rose Garden to announce the mobilization of “thousands and thousands of heavily armed soldiers” to quell “lawlessness” across the country.

Hundreds of protesters were pushed away from Lafayette Square, where they were protesting the killing of George Floyd, by the National Guard, U.S. Park Police and Secret Service. The ambush began half an hour before the city’s newly imposed curfew of 7 p.m. went into effect. When the crowds were cleared, the president walked through the park to visit the historic St. John’s Episcopal Church, which had been set on fire Sunday.

Hm. Interesting.

They must not have been in a "free speech zone". Smiley

Same. Either it goes to Mars and I get rich, or it goes to $0 and my life stays the same. YOLO

An accountant friend tried telling me to take some profits. I know that's good advice. However, what am I going to do with non-life changing amounts of money? I can already afford to eat what I want, take vacations, whatever. So, I'll let it all ride.  Cool

Just to distract you from the price.
Kraken has answered to the infamous Goldman Sachs conference with a well written report.

Re: @GoldmanSachs:“Implications of Current Policies for Inflation, Gold and Bitcoin"

So you have two ways to alleviate from dump-induced pain:
  • Buy the dip
  • Read interesting reports about bitcoin, and not about the price of bitcoin.
  • Actually, three: do both

Kraken is by far the best exchange we have. Lets hope it will stay for long that way. That Jesse Powell will stay healthy ( he had some health issues in past months) and not bored from crypto to retire. It would be huge loss that some bank buys Kraken and ruins it as it happened to some exchanges.

The target of local short-term triangle is above $11000. Which will trigger break of long term resistance line at around $10000. And this will trigger break of giant long term triangle with target well above all time high. This is a start of long term bull run.
No shit, really? Thanks captain Obvious!  Grin  I wonder if somebody's still taking this guy seriously?

I don't get it either.

Also masterluc:

March 16th

"I got bearish target between $1800 and $2500. In this case weekly 200 SMA will be broken and become resistance. Many time and affords will require to break it up and make it support.

Brace."

"Trade closed: stop reached: This sword of Damocles is broken. Bearish scenario invalidated."

The guy blew some really big calls that he essentially put his entire weight behind. Now, his weight is no more. Please, let's let him rest in TA peace.

RITAP

After what he did to mindrust he more likely deserves TA hell..  Grin

Yeah, of course, mindrust was dumb enough to rely upon Masterluc, but still cannot blame Masterluc for the gullibility of others, can we?

Don't get me wrong, I am no fan of Masterluc's phoney baloney, so I frequently criticize his pronouncements and/or the member propagating such nonsense, but still peeps gotta be responsible for their lil selfies.   Tongue

That amount of bitcoin bought and sold at market seems like madness to me.  Most people trading 50mm worth of BTC would do it over the counter, and of those who do trade on an open exchange would usually not use market buys/sells to execute the trade because of the enormous slippage this entails.

Unless they had a motivation to move the market, or need the quickest execution for some dubious premise like money laundering, or sales of stolen coins.

Perhaps I am just not sophisticated enough to understand the motivation.

I don't know why people get so bent up over Masterluc's predictions.  He is just like a million other market gurus. And IMHO ANYONE trading primarily based off the analysis of others deserves to get bitten on the ass.

Until this buying volume...

Looks like this buying volume

...we're not going anywhere but sideways.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

errr...it does not always work this way, especially if we move from speculation to long term investment: see GOOGL and AAPL charts (price-blue line, volume at the bottom):

We my brother will keep floating towards our dreams !!!

To be honest I bought 0.08 this morning at $10,1xx

It pissed me off when I saw the dump so I bought 0.02 on Coinbase 10 mins ago to absorb my anger Grin

You must of named Volemort! Wink

I will do what I can to bring it back outta of the gutter....

SHAAAZZZAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMM! Grin

The true BTCrahma BTCull! Cool

I am not sure how anything that I did contributed to our recent dumpening (or the bart pattern).  Largely, we are at the same place that we were yesterday, and I don't even see this as any kind of problema...

I mentioned in another post that I kind of prefer up before down rather than down before up, but hey, I am not going to discriminate (very much) against some peeps who might chant for down before up, either.

By the way, I do recall that I had said that I was waiting to buy .01BTC in the $8,300 territory, and whether I accomplished a reverse psychology feat is difficult to determine - because certainly, I am not unhappy with our recent experience of up before down... and largely being in the same price place that we were yesterday around this same time of the day (or night - if you happen to be in another landia, apart from fantasy-landia).
