I wouldn't mind if they teach people how Bitcoin works in the Crypto course. If they can teach the mechanism of Bitcoin and other shitcoins mechanisms as well. Let the students decide what they should choose. I would recommend they teach more about security. If you don't know the details of Android and IOS, If you don't test the features, You won't be able to Judge which one is better. If there are no altcoins or shitcoins, you won't understand the importance of Bitcoin. So, I am taking it positively. JJG

the Russian government wants to legally control the use of cryptocurrencies after the central bank and the Russian Ministry of Finance approved a draft law establishing a regulatory framework for the acceptance of digital assets as a means of payment.

One by one countries began to use Bitcoin as a transaction tool, hopefully other countries will soon follow in the footsteps of Russia.

That only works if the rotten apples let their life and the fine people survive.  Not sure where you are but in the EU this is not exactly the case anymore which is why Greece got into so much trouble continuing with their old ways.  Countries cannot exactly print Euros.
In the US, individual states are responsible for education, healthcare, roads and certain public lands - constitutionally, states cannot print money as this is a federal government power granted by the constitution.  A similar situation applies to Canada but replace "states" with provinces and constitution with uh... constitution   The alternative is a pay-per-use system I guess and well, who can afford that what with all the taxes we pay?!
