New poll please:

- Capitulation done, bear market over
- One more crash
- Continuing downtrend
- Sideways with some volatility for a few months
- No idea

Welcome to the forum, newfriend.
You're clearly young, so let me give you a helping hand:  A trader who has been consistently wrong for over a year is a useless trader.
Never take advice from a trader who has been wrong for over a year.  Listen to psychics, to your cat if you must, but ignore the idiot who has been wrong for over a year.
If you have any more questions, just go ahead and ask Smiley

A trader who has been consistently wrong may be a very useful indicator. It doesn't matter if an indicator is "wrong" or "right" most of the time, consistency is what matters.

What is this theory of shaking out speculators by price crash everyone keeps talking about?
"Sharply falling prices will ris us of all the idiots that are poisoning the btc ecosystem and then we can start healthy growth again, only when we cool pple are left"

Am I the only one to find this argument utterly s.. silly?

nope, I agree with it 100%, most of Bitcoiners jumped in because of the price going up... you know the get rich kids, when the price crash (like there will be no tomorrow) these kids will dump the whole scene, which is perfect for Bitcoin to develop and prepare for the real mass adoption, the real thing that it was meant and designed for, and without these kids we can fix so many Broken things Bitcoin have.

only if you just bought at a$150, otherwise you've been losing your shit continuously for more than a year.

1 year is a totally arbitrary timeframe for an asset that has been increasing exponentially for 5 of the last 6 years, curious unit you choose?

You know what.... I give you this, but I will remind you about this talk when we hit the real bottom, only then when we shake speculators and cultists idiots, then Bitcoin can improve and prepare for mass adoption, right now Bitcoin is dangerous and highly speculative and hoarded, it is not prepared for what it was designed for by all means.... don't forget this conversation.

ooooh, am i meant to be awed by your omnipotence?!

latecomers always full of crap inevitably.

Late comers ?!!! so it is really a cult... my gosh you cultists idiots.

Edit: I am curious, what do you do in life ? like what is your profession ?
Professional Spartan of course.

noobs:

1) buy the dips ( like now), don't invest more than you can afford to lose

2) keep away from the exchanges, use local trading

3) anybody asking for your info to trade bitcoin is a likely fraudster or data-miner of some sort

4) hold your own private keys

5) if you don't know how to do any one of the above learn it or bitcoin is not for you yet

6) have fun being out of the control of the facist bankster cartels

Sure, just do the exact opposite of what that trader does.  Good point.

same it's cool tech but it has to be done the right way, this insane volatility just make it lose credibility as a currency

Well when a few guys with 10k BTC each could heavily manipulate the market, I think it still has room for improvements Wink

I like banks. They pay decently. No need to beg for 0.01btc donations.

And I like bitcoin. It is like a pennystock. Much risk, but the potential is huge.
I would not gamble with my life savings, but 20-100k USD is funny enough.

Reading and trolling here helps with job stress too.

so bitcoin is just a huge joke now?
It has always been entertaining.
That it has although this is quite painful
Kind of doing side calculations now if I buy 20 BTC and I see 1000 dollars in the next few years 20K at the price right now lol.
Back to 2013 heh this period is now one of the big bitcoin crashes in the history table.

Yep. The permabears will engrave this crash on a golden chalice and worship it for years to come, pleading for the "Return of the Great Crash" while the rest of us are enjoying the profits of $10k coins.

...Also having the courage to take a position when the time is right. And that opportunity window may only be a few minutes.

Bro, you've been "all in" since the top of the bubble & never sold AFAIK.  Where do you get this "when the time is right" crap when you've been so consistently & hilariously wrong for over a year? Cheesy

For just over a year.

Yes, and the troll with no conviction except one to criticize others is certainly someone you should listen to.
