These guys should have hired Prof. Bitcorn, he is a lot more optimistic about bitcoin; “I’ll be surprised if Bitcoin is here in five years,” says new BitReserve COODid I understand right -- they will hold your bitcoins as dollars, euros, etc, to protect them from volatility? That would make BitReserve the neo-Neo... I liked this bit: "He’s to join founder/CEO Halsey Minor who carries a checkered resume of insolvency. The founder of CNET in 1993, Minor went on to found Carter’s Grove LLC which filed for bankruptcy with more than $72 million in debts. Yeah i've been watching it since yesterday. Me too. I think that there's such low volume on Finex that it might simply be the bots keeping price in line with the Chinese exchanges who are range trading. They seem to be much more active lately. Hard to say, really. Edit: looks like it's breaking upward, no surprise here |

It's not really like we haven't seen a longer period of no movement before. I actually consider the current period of sideways movement to be rather short, still. Just wait for a definitive signal if this is too exciting for you |

In which direction is the storm going to go? Up. There have been several dumps, maybe even deliberate attempts trying to push the price down, over the last few days and the price stayed resilient. I'm cautiously optimistic. |

Good morning Bitcoinland. Still going sideways I see. Looks like the spring is getting wound. Up or down from here? I don't see any clear evidence either way. The order book points up but we all know that hidden orders can make that unreliable. Maybe some good strong coffee will help clear that up. Mmmm.  |
