JewFinex double top.  Tune in tomorrow to see if it's shekler manipulation to try and bait shorters to squeeze or if there's just nobody that exists on the face of the planet that wants to buy bitcoin at the peak of blowoff top.

I use a password-manager where i create 100+ chars passwords. When i wanted to back it up onto external drive, i had to close it first, and imo i saved the latest changes in it, i.e. new passwords for my new wallets.
But nope, they where gone ! !
Had to use the toilet immediately.  Grin

I bet that's Keepass. By default that thing does NOT automatically save your change/additions when you exit, unless you manually save or you change that setting in the options. I lost a few email accounts thanks to that feature.

I’m just sitting here slowly watching my dollars become worthless (as measured against bitcoin). Feel like I am in the Weimar Republic.

Edit:  $400 spread between Korea and Bitstamp.

Most of these seasteader types are:

1. Lone wolves
2. Anti-social
3. Stubborn
4. Eccentric
5. Nerdy
6. Drug and alcohol users/abusers
7. Entitled
8. Self righteous
9. Egotistical
10. Male

I was prepared for this getting into seasteading but working with the large group of people that are working on this I have found this to not be the case. If anything it's leaning a bit too much in the environmentalist arena for my tastes. But I understand the need for leaning on the environmentalist side with ocean projects. I have discovered there is a certain environmentalist mafia that exists that you do not go up against.

Don't try to escape from the world! Try to change it for the better!

Sometimes all that is needed for the masses to stop fighting against a better way is merely a working example.

I wonder how many bitcoin hodlers will have an extra fun time while going to work today/tomorrow. this is nothing short of historic, and every hodler will walk with pride because every hodler was damn right all along.

so the hodlers will be very confident and on the the other hand very distracted with that strong urge to check the charts.

bosses will not like that. especially the non-hodling bosses (=majority)

imagining the following scenarios:

boss sees you checking the charts, and once and for all has enough of this shit, yells at you and wants to fire you. now, before you react, check your stash:

<100 btc: smile, say you are sorry and try to keep the job for another year or so. at most.
100-1000 btc: tell your boss that you wanted to quit anyway, shake hands, farewell & goodbye.
>1000 btc: tell your boss you will buy the fucking company and take his seat.

Looking at Coinmarket cap.  Almost every single coin is green in USD terms. So much honey.

I usually look at bitstamp and coinmarketcap for my USD prices.

Does anyone know why they are always about 200 USD apart since a few days?

At the moment: Bitstamp: 9600, Coinmarketcap: 9770
