Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Max Kaiser:
<Joker Gif>

Care to explain?

It's a reference; Max Kaiser is the Joker character in the Batman movies, and also a bitcoin enthusiast/fanatic. As for when everything will start, it could happen any second now, or in a few hours. (I'm thinking it's already started, but I guess this kind of meme is due for when things really start picking up speed.) (Also the meme tends to be a 'watch the world burn' kind of thing, but flipped here.) (I'm not much of a fan of memes myself, but I'm making and exception.) Explained enough?

93.00 - cheap. I would buy.

http://www.bloomberg.com/markets/economic-calendar/

The US Treasury bonds are redeemed tomorrow, tell me what you guys think will happen to the dollar and btc / usd price if the yeild / interest rate goes up on treasuries ?

I'll tell you what, the USD will fall and the price of Btc will be higher. Might not be much but should be significant.

BUY BUY BUY

Rising rates is bullish for the dollar and bearish for risk assets.

Just wait for some ideologically blasted genius to come up with a way how the Dollar is a risk asset vs Bitcoin. Grin

A lot of us are out mostly in fiat waiting on the sidelines for the price to drop, so we can get more cheap coins. So the question is, why isn't dropping?

Because:

No, we will escape when they lose patience and start to buy in.

You forgot the other option, which is holders get scared and start to sell out.

scared of what? Long term investment is bullish still, there is no reason to be scared.

On my mind are those big buyers that brought us to this level. They played the indicators perfectly and now those indicators (RSI for example, Candles) are showing a reversal. Are the bids piled enough for them to start selling?

It is up to them if we go down. If they don't come in and dump, I have a feeling small guys will bring things back up.
That said, the correction is not over and capitulation never happened. Feels like we are between a rock and a hard place.
Be careful...
