ETH slowly but surely seems to be overtaking BTC, will that money flow back into BTC?

ETH and XRP are both centralized, not important to worry about what the market cap is on those.

Edit: BCH on the other hand might be worth watching and at least hedging against a "flippening". If/when BTC takes it's next drop to $7500 I would wager that it(BCH) finds some traction.

Agree with the first statement. The second...? BCH is done for. When Bitcoin drops, BCH drops even harder, as we've seen.

Lightning network may centralize Bitcoin, but Bitcoin Cash is already beyond saving from that perspective.

The pitch to new investors (where price appreciation to 25k is going to come from) that Bitcoin Cash is the "real" Bitcoin (the only possible reason why people would choose BCH over other centralized currencies with lightning fast speeds) makes no sense to anyone who hasn't been in this thing for at least a few years.

And I'm pretty sure that most old-timers believe in core, not cash.

I didnt have to tell my relatives to buy at the top. They did it by themselves. But they wouldnt buy when I told them about it at $100. I dont understand. Is it all those cheesy ads with pictures of jewish nerds?

I guess no recovery is coming today, volume is way to low to recover. I guess we even drop lower, to about 9-9,5 K

Yeah most of my family and friends decided to let me know of their buys in the 15k range prior to the peak, as if the past 3+ years of me telling them on a monthly basis to buy buy buy was not a strong enough argument; they needed MSM to tell them it was OK.

My sibling said they would have bought but gave me a lame excuse of "I didn't know you would help me to buy it" and a friend kept insisting that I told him to mine it otherwise he would have bought it. A guy at work in 2015 I told him that he should spend $1500 on 10 BTC when it was at its low point, but he didn't believe in the technology.

And special When you see how much money went out to get from 20k to 9.5ish offcourse iT allways have to go down
Because of profit taking of them that want to take profit but after a few big dips i really think there are Not to Many panic Sellers left to really sell .... and iT would be a Nice time for them Going in ETH to buy back into BTC all other altcoin buyers to switch back over
And finally back moon .... for me the dip and sideways moment are getting very ignorant and boring

Seems to be going down to test the support at around the 7500-8000 mark. These dips are barely being bought, so I can absolutely see it getting there.

Merit is going to do nothing to prevent spam accounts unless merit throttles their posts somehow - otherwise they dont care about what their merit score is

Well if they are farming accounts to get them to a higher level they will now need to get Merited for good things. Not just spam an amount of topics per week.
