Good morning Bitcoinland.

I see we're back up over $9k after a brief dip under... currently $9154USD/$11370CAD (Bitcoinaverage).

Almost checkout time at the hotel and we're off to Cancun airport to head back to civilization.

Probably won't see any significant revenues until Monday. Hopefully the price of Bitcoin will still be under $10kUSD.

I'd hate to think I missed this week's great buying opportunity.

The real news, Wall Street 1929 crash incoming, HODL your Bitcoin and get some popcorn  Grin

You think this is just the beginning of a down spiral?

*puts tinfoil hat on*

What if the wall street boys knew this was coming and decided to get some cheap bitcoins before the crash.
It would make sense that Bitcoin goes to the moon when Wall Street crashes, we have seen it many times before, in times of turmoil people tend to go towards Bitcoin. In 2017, BTC was in high demand in Zimbabwe, Venezuela and South Korea. All of them had some form of financial tensions.

Jim is a perma-bull. He would have done a better service to us by turning bearish near the ATH. Same for the FUDurists who are now crawling out of the woodwork to say "I told you so. Bubble-bubble!!" when we are on the bottom of a huge correction and it's good-buy time.

I dont want to be a party pooper but sure that this is the bottom? Tbh i expected around 16+ billion volume to signal a true bottom

Nevertheless definitely a better buy then 17+ k  Smiley

Not sure, but if you wait to be sure it could cost you quite more. So if I were not already all-in I would start buying at current levels. Same if I were a short term trader.

I am quite confident because of fundamentals more than the 61,8% retracement.

On CMC, it shows the volume decreasing though. That's a bit worrying to me. Could be a bull trap, in that case.

Give it a chance.

The market is nursing the wounds of one of the biggest crashes since Galileo. It isn't about to go charging back up the asks like a mad bull. Only tentative steps will be taken for a while.

WARNING:

Watch out for Poloniex phishing scam.

Someone seems to have a full list of names and email addresses (possibly obtained from a different source from the exchange itself as Poloniex don't have my name) and is sending out a phishing email with "Our terms and conditions have changed. Please log in to approve.").

Obviously don't log in or they get your account password.

Understandable move and might turn out to be good in the mid-term (in a non-speculative way)

Not very hard to get around. Withdraw the money from your credit card and deposit to your bank account, then use your debit card to buy crypto.
