the cat eats better than me

it's not fair to punish her for my bitcoin addiction

You have to really screw up in a bull market in order to be into catfood territory, no?

True, I'm doing real good. Soap, toothpaste, bus pass, the works.

That a gluten-free bus pass?

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Actually, I started going to the gym a bit more recently, and I started to think that if ever I was homeless, a gym membership would be a good thing to attempt to maintain.

I'm not sure, but it's probably got animal fat in it like British cash.

Pro-Tip: If you can't afford a proper home, just buy a warehouse/storage container to have all your shit and sleep on it and a gym pass to shower and maintain your looks and fit. Way better than trying to sleep/live on a car (even if it were a Maybach).

There was someone at work living in his office for two weeks before anyone noticed.  No one cared except HR.  They seemed to think it set a bad example.  He was getting a lot done.

My odds of not being a Walmart greeter when I'm 60 rallied by about 13% today.

I'm still looking at cat food, but it's gourmet cat food.

I believe the gourmet is fit for human consumption.....

In fact I have noticed it is way cheaper to give my cat "human" (regular) tuna and shrimps than those "gourmet" stuff. Fortunately, she also seems to prefer the "human" variety instead.

Maybe some day I will be rich enough to feed myself on gourmet cat food.

Where are those homeless rekt bitcorn traders disappearing to?  And why are those cats so fat and glossy?

Elon Musk lived in his office and showered at the local YMCA before he got rich. He got quite a lot done.

Musk, 42, explained today the crazy journey that brought him from showering in the local YMCA in Silicon Valley while living in his small PayPal startup office to thinking about how to build a civilization on Mars.

Quick last look for the evening. Solid is all that comes to mind.
---------------
Bitcoin

Support is building nicely at $7.8k with a defined secondary floor at $7.4k as told by the cloud cover below. I think a test of $8.5k is going to happen over this weekend with even higher levels possible if FOMO kicks in. Many institutional traders are still waiting on the side for a more defined move out of the bearish downtrend we have been experiencing.

As always..please do your own research. Read and learn something new everyday.

For a long time I considered living in a stealth sleeper van. I was going to paint it up like a plumber's van or something that nobody would care about sitting on their street.

Doing my research a lot of people talked about how you should get a gym membership instead of installing a shower.

Also, Walmart is the most friendly to people parking over night.

Perhaps you should have a look at Tim Draper's crystal ball.

Spoiler: $250k by 2022

Edit: I actually like this Tom Lee guy. Calm and making bullish guesstimates, but based on underlying statistics. Can recommend watching him talk on the 'Upfront Summit 2018', The Economics of Cryptocurrencies:

By the end of 2018-
  • Michael Novogratz - The former Fortress hedge fund manager predicts that it might reach $40,000.
  • SAXO Bank predicts it might crash (later in 2018) but reach up to $60,000 before crashing.
  • Dav Chapman - The CEO of Octagon Strategy predicts it to reach up to $100,000.
Whereas,
Tom Lee - A wall street strategist expects it to reach $25,000 by 2022. As it reaches nearly 18k last year thew 25k prediction sounds just okay but there are chances that it would occur earlier.
From the above "predictions" bitcoin by the end of 2018 could be anywhere between $25,000 - $100,000.
HOPEFULLY.

Figured this place would be an excited chatterbox with todays events. Not disappointed at what I found instead. Anyway, anyone else notice that euros look like monopoly money? It's a little bit unnerving.
