There's no easy solution and personal security in cryptolandia (we talking about bitcoin, right?) remains an evolving target.

Even printers are now a vector to attack your computer through. HP is releasing firmware patches for vulnerabilities in its printers.

https://www.theregister.co.uk/2018/08/03/hp_printer_malware/

Old news.

My printer has only ever been connected to PCs without internet access and then only through an actual cable. If there's no ethernet cable and no wifi card there's no way to get in.

People get lazy and complacent and leave themselves vulnerable. Everything about paper wallets being the most secure form of cold storage goes out the window if you're careless about leaving images of private keys lying about.

I think print-spooler buffers have been a target for years.

For certain purposes it's necessary to determine the logical cross-bearings of the concepts which we take for granted. But honestly, is there a single not obvious thing in here. You really thought I needed a reintroduction to basic financial literacy by way of cringe-y homespun wisdoms?

Now I'm even more morose!

Aww, don't go down that road. It's closed anyway.

I used to get root through the printer port on an old Sun system in college. su - sp1 (or something like that). So easy.

Opportunity cost, maybe the car enabled further earnings and its ok :p   but yea depreciating asset, I dont see how the 2003 taurus required every penny

Current action holds the 50 day average still, not sure if thats the reason as some trader refers to 'waves' and support here in other frames of reference.    I see a channel top here however this is just short term/this month

If it breaks out it shouldnt stop at 7320 but thats the first rest

What a stupid post, Ya and that theoretical guy could of ended up dead if he kept his bitcoins from a tragic accident or have been murdered.  It's the butterfly effect , you can't just play these stupid hypotheticals and assume the best possible outcome.

Just buy the shades - they're on sale - 50% off.  You put those on any woman and she's gonna look just like this one... I mean that's how it works right?

It's the butterfly effect , you can't just play these stupid hypotheticals and assume the best possible outcome.

We all had these situations again and again.
It does not matter, each timeline is unique, maybe someone who bought in 2010 would have lost it on Mt. Gox, etc., etc.

It's like you could have bought Apple or Microsoft for pennies. Yeah, you could have, but the chances that you would have kept that stock for 20-30 years are very very low.

S. Ammous says that most of those with a lot of btc will inevitably sell at some point and I generally agree, to a point (maybe not everything).

That point is different for each one, but, let's say at a price higher by one or two orders of magnitude, who would not at least sell a chunk that establishes a nice lifestyle for a few decades? Would you grimly hodl that btc or would you rather enjoy yourself a bit (vacations, houses, dining, entertainment, etc)? Only very few may be able to resist.

In fact, i think that a large portion of current hodlers would have sold a large chunk if btc levitated at $20K for a few months. It just went up and down a bit too fast.

Yeah. I'd probably switch teams if she became available.

Very fine specimen.
The only way I would go after a woman like that is if she was a hooker.

Reason, at the end of an evening you would pay to have her go. And you'd go Gay.

Nope.  Some people here are reasonably well-read, old chap.  Not enough for a decent WO book club, mind.

no they all left, mostly paid pedo shills covering for the crime of the american oligarchs and a few bag holders... anyway, do what you want with your fiat or energyintensive ledger entries...

have fun folks.

Standard issue reading for grades in the year 1984 at senior schools.

One of my first books I read, never seen issued since.

And now I am living it.

The worst part, when you find out why they censor everything - as mentioned above (An Open Secret?)

That girl is a 6/10 at most,.

Sorry guy. The resident gay dude is rating her a hard 8/10, at the very least, just on that photo alone.

Rick is being catty this evening, and is feeling generous with a 7/10 rating.

No way is that a 6.
She looks young enough to go on and on about Justin Bieber all.... night.... long.....

Are you judging her looks or her personality?   Looks are a 9, from a raging hetero here.

Looks as implied by age. Besides, boobs and hips are too small despite being prominently... displayed.

Neck too long/thin, hair unnatural, could be a bot. It's tripping my "uncanny valley" sensors.

But as they say, your mileage may vary, some settling of contents may occur.

Bitcoin fundamentals are still in the wind.

Undecided futures have provided deranged thinking.
Up is down and down is up.

Look to the infrastructure, look to the technology.
Again the fundamentals are beguiling.

Future dates will prove this post when time has past. November's hope is bitcoins light.
