At Premier League's game between Brighton and Arsenal today :

eToro adverts seem to be appearing on most premier league fixtures, have done for a while now.
People who are into football often are into gambling on the match outcomes. eToro seems to cater to the same demographic.

I think some people are just waiting to see what the market is going to do before buying.  They will eventually decide it is not going down any more and then jump in and another rally will begin.  Or someone will dump and they will jump in and then keep the price at about the level it is at now.  I think the fact that we have seen a few dumps already without affecting the price too drastically is really bullish and shows there is some great support

Traditionally bitcoin dumps in Q1.
So personally I'm expecting that last v shaped super dump to come in January or February, and then we will finally be done with this shitshow. A couple of slow but accelerating years are coming.

That's what we are all expecting. Maybe that's enough reason for it to not happen. We will see. At least we are ready for that.

The fact they don't care to define the quantities they say they measure could also mean something. I don't know what to make of it anyway.

Exactly my thoughts, possibly with a slow tail shorter than 2 years. Except, she likes to do just the opposite of whatever we're expecting if she feels she's being taken for granted. So what do we know?

... this is becoming a strong trend I've been watching also. It started before the last bull but is beginning to pick up pace. I suppose it is to be expected that the nations with the worst monetary systems are going to be the first to be open to adopting bitcoin for it's monetary properties. It is a tenet of successful new networks that are bringing disruptive innovation to be able to always fill in the niche use cases that the major incumbents aren't servicing, because they are too top-heavy in costs, flexibility, etc (too fat and happy and lazy). Incumbents ignore losing these niche markets because they were not really serving them anyway, but in the long term it allows the new network to proliferate to the point that it is too big and growing too fast when incumbents finally realise what they are competing against. I guess the largest Central Banks are the dinosaur incumbents in that analysis ... and so we can expect this growth in the peripheral markets first, especially if they have the requisite modern internet infrastructure. It is interesting to observe it though ... who really would have thought S. America or India or dirt-poor asia would be adopting bitcoin faster than many western countries?

I'm expecting that last v shaped super dump

A super dump down from -85% from ATH? A year after ATH? A "super dump" from here would mean the death of BTC. Won't happen.

Never say never. The good thing about this last rise is that we can still make that final capitulation dump without having to go much lower than $3000. It still is a possibility and, in fact, would be reasonable. It should have to happen in the next couple of months though. And it would probably signal the end of the bear market for sure.
