Wasn't $11,700 supposed to be some sort of big resistance and THE major hump to get over?

Not no more.

Evidently.  Is everyone being a little blasé?

Is it all 'meh, wake me up when it's 20K'...?

The 80000 CNY / BTC was a big deal for the Chinese.

The 10000 EUROS / BTC was a big deal for Europeans.

And the 15000 CAD / BTC was a big deal for Jimbo.

That's a lot of other humps we are over.

I'm not blase. I'm just a bit... wut?

I'm going to let it ride and be shocked by nothing.

$11,780 to $12000 then next major resistance level is the 61.8 Fib at $13346. $13,346 is the major hump IMO.

With our fx rate, we don't even need BTC to go up for that one.

We'll probably have lots of lovely capital controls soon once we go full third world so the GBP rate will be irrelevant. I'll be leading a simple life in the sea off the Irish coast by then. Then again the Irish will probably be so sick of British immigrants I'll be in an internment camp instead.

This is starting to make me a little nervous. I'm getting deja vu December 2017. Can't the market be a little flat for a spell?

What TA did you use for 12288? Fibonacci extensions from the minor correction show we are a bit overextended now perhaps time for a pull back, but honey badger is on a tear.

“Computer says no” bullshit.

You CAN'T have multiple people depositing  into your account with no official paperwork associated. Heck, you CAN'T even regularly deposit substantial amounts of cash into your account by YOURSELF without proper explanation. It is the way it is.

doesn't mean it's not bullshit

Definitely bullshit.

Like in Sweden where it's impossible to deposit cash into half the banks.

Quote
https://www.irishtimes.com/business/innovation/sweden-s-push-to-get-rid-of-cash-has-some-saying-not-so-fast-1.3711076

About half of Sweden’s 1,400 bank branches no longer accept cash deposits.

“It’s more or less impossible, because the banks refuse to take cash,” she said.

WTF

Can a swede put his own cash money into his own bank? Computer says no.

True, but they are loosing a lot of clients to the banks that still handle cash.
I changed to Forex Bank several years ago. They are both a bank and a forex, they handle not only Swedish cash but all major currencies, they are also open seven days a week. The one I use open 07:00 and closes 18:00 on weekdays, somewhat earlier during the weekend. And there is an other one in town that is open 07:00 to 20:00 seven days a week.
That's better than any bank I have ever used before. All services including internet banking and bank/Visa card cost 2 USD a month. Until last April it was free of charge, and I get 0,35% interest.
They do ask questions when I deposit cash, but they all do that, it's the new EU anti money laundering rules, there is no bank that doesn't do that. But they do it in a nice and friendly manner.
Also no problem withdrawing your money, no questions asked, and you can deposit them back, no questions asked if you go to the same office and bring the receipt from the withdrawal.
