Also, it really feels like most of you people in this thread have never been miners.  I've mined with CPUs, a room full of GPUs, and mined with ASICs.  People who have mined understand a lot better how the economics of this market works than people who haven't.  It sure as hell doesn't feel like Trollgoossens has mined anything, nor JayJuanGee.

I’ve never been a miner, r0ach. I’ll happily admit that, I’m not a particularly gifted techie either. I’m just a speculative investor who’s done well in this magic internet money journey so far. My tech expertise stretches to running two nodes & being able to ensure my stash is safe from hackers.

I’m really happy I found this forum too, I’ve met your favourite poster mic & his girlfriend. I’m also meeting 7 or 8 more of the guys here in September.

Let’s see what happens hey.

Can you answer me one question honestly?

Do you still own any bitcoin, I’m pretty sure you do?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. Header-only clients like Bither trust that the majority of mining power is honest for the purposes of enforcing network rules such as the 21 million BTC limit. Full clients do not trust miners in this way.

That means you have to build a car to be able to drive it, as a simple analogy.
Think about that.

Not even close to similar because mining itself is nothing more than futures speculation.  Driving a car is not speculation unless the driver is Asian.

I can comfortably state that I expect to be a multi millionaire through bitcoin in 2021/22.

The contrast of the bold statement above, with the innocence of your first posts on this forum, made me smile. Nice journey  Smiley

Didn’t expect the price to hit $1,500 let alone over $10,000. It was tough mentally sitting on $150 rated bitcoin’s after buying some at over $700.

Oddly, holding Casascius helped me not sell too much, in both those situations!

Using the Awesome Oscillator to Find Bitcoin Buy and Sell Signals

Quote
Few trading tools are as simple and as elegant as the “Awesome Oscillator.”

First developed by American trader Bill Williams, the aptly named Awesome Oscillator (AO) is a momentum indicator that takes advantage of an immediate trend. The AO plots its data using a histogram, similar to how the MACD histogram functions, in that it delivers a buy and sell signal when the bars pass above or below the neutral 0 line.

getting attention can be a double one plus good because it seems to cause me to consider whether I should post and if so, then what to post, but of course, that consideration tends to be very automated...  arguably better than having a whole team.    Wink

By the way... jbreher is posting on behalf of the gov, isn't it ssssoooooo obvious?

ROTFLmfaO...
i can't make serious accusations like that willy nilly, even in jest.

I wonder if Im a bot when I sometimes fail at the floating and bending new captcha's or the annoying ones where I have to find all the traffic signs.

I still have no clue if a smidgen of a sign or car is considered one or not?

A little slowdown and calm since the chaotic price movements of last week? Id like to see a slow climb and break into the 11 thousand territory this week.

Everyone is heading to the pub 🤪

I’ve been & back home now. Had a Sunday dinner - Turkey, beef, roast potatoes, stuffing, green beans, peas & loads of gravy.

 Cool

11k would be most welcome, I’m keen to stay in five figures though. I don’t want to see four figures again.
