Hello WO! Observing BTC@10,5888 Observing BTC while trekking remote regions:  Spotty internet service cannot keep me away from WO! Oh yeah, and this picture is nice too. That's a good camera you have. I can't believe you get Wifi at all over there. That picture is from my phone. We usually haven’t internet service, or even service at all during the treks. Here’s a question for you guys. (In an alternate life you get a decision) You can have 10,000 BTC now but you have to sign a contract to never have sex again. Oral sex is allowed though. Sign it or not? My friend, let me tell you something. I never had a sex and i probably won't have in this life. I'm almost 40 years old. But i never got any compensation for that. All i have is 0.5 btc but i'm still happy with my life.  |

Interesting - the US savings rate has doubled since the financial crisis. There's another side effect of low or even negative rates, which is that economists are starting to believe they have the unintended consequence of boosting savings rates as consumers sock away even more of their earnings to make up for lost interest income.
At a recent 8.1 per cent, the personal savings rate in the US is double what it was heading into the financial crisis, when the target federal funds rate was 5.25 per cent.
