Actually you can claim $50K as unauthorized or not credited and may be able to get it back. I got my money back from BTC-E that way. How do u claim it as unauthorized? That's easy your account was hacked and if you claim Mtgox had been stealing fiat... well it's grey area stuff. |

The daily trade volume outside China and MtGOX nearly doubled from yesterday to today (Mon Feb/24 UTC), from ~53 kBTC to ~102 kBTC.
Bitstamp increased the most, from ~21 kBTC to ~52 kBTC (about 150%).
On the other hand, trade volume in China decreased from ~338 kBTC to ~261 kBTC.
As a result, the share of China in the total daily volume (excluding MtGOX) fell from ~86% yesterday to ~72% today.

I really hope that is his pocket money, I like the guy. He sold SD for peanuts and in a hurry and fled US for a nice tax heaven country, didn't he? I think many cougars in this community are impacted, just because they used Gox from the start and couldn't be arsed with securing their coins. |
