If opening SMTP may risk getting blacklisted by ISPs?

Had not heard of that. I could always use gmail's SMTP server. I would assume that having an SMTP server would get blacklisted if there is a lot of spam coming from that IP.

I guess he means an open SMTP server without user authentication will be IP blacklisted in very short time (that is my experience from the past too).

Yes, but only if he started to look at his phone after the violence started. If he used his phone before that for his work it doesn't count. Would need a longer video for the right conclusion. I personally think he looks like he could take down all of them if he wanted to. I think he is more like cold blooded than frozen. I could tell that from the way he eats.

China is very decentralized  , I make no sense but everyone who calls out my BS (including judges, and people who wrote books on this subject) are just too stupid to understand.
