Ok, who sold at the bottom?
mindrust One of our long term hodlers sadly sold everything. Hopefully he buys back in even if at a loss. 1 BTC = 1 BTCYeah, well, I meant besides that... ehmm... mindrust accident. Were you able to buy at the bottom as you planned? Bought 2 BTC today at $52xx That's surely a sizeable amount. I would have probably DCA it but... I have a hunch that it is just what you needed to reach your round number and you couldn't avoid doing it already

Guys, sorry for saying this but fuck crypto.
We are all going to die if they don't fix this shit soon. (or we'll wish we are dead) There are far more important shit going on and bitcoin's price is the last thing I am worried about right now. A lot changed in the last 24 hour.
Buy back in if it goes below what you sold at, then hodl for a year.

The virus is spreading like how do you spell that shit expotential wat... error54 exponential? something like that.
That's why I didn't care that much about Bitcoin dumping and wiping a HUGE chunk of my net worth. At this worldwide situation, it is just funny numbers going up and down. No reason to panic over it.

Great first post. You have a plan that you reasoned out for your circumstances and you are sticking to it while being open to continually evaluate its effectiveness. I have jumped in with both of my feet. I told myself if I ever had an opportunity under 5k I would make sure I have an entire bitcoin. Last of my money for non essentials in and now have about 1.1 bitcoin. I have 2 alt coins but they are worth less than 500 dollars in total. 6 months after the reward reduction I will just extract 2k dollars for the new opportunities fund. I am expecting this will result in still holding an entire bitcoin which I will hodl for my retirement fund or if it reaches the 500k USD level before I may extract 100k and use it to buy 50k gold and 50k silver.
The thing I really like about bitcoin is that they can will stick to 21 million. I am no longer worried about my fiat savings eroding now they are invested in other assets. These are high risk to some, but I view the risk to reward far easier to sleep with than the sure loss with no possible upside of accumulating fiat.
I will be watching this thread again because some members predictions had helped me increase my small bitcoin holdings by weaving in and out. I won't sell even .1 before 20k. This I believe will be in around 8 months.

Where we going at I dunno, brother. All I know is Rick wants to go out for TexMex tonight with a friend that is in town. I don't feel like driving downtown in my baby, parking at his office, and having the chance of our Uber driver being all coughing and sneezing. Probably just drive ourselves to the restaurant, and ditch the Uber; end up in a restaurant filled with coughing people eating tacos with hot-sauce, sneezing pico de gallo everywhere. Sheeit. I picked a bad time to have anxiety/depression. I'd be more worried about the person making your taco coughing his guts out all over it. I'm giving restaurants a miss until this virus outbreak is over.

I picked a bad time to have anxiety/depression. "State of Emergency" declared in Dallas County, Gov. Abbott declares "State of Disaster" for Texas, and Rick wants fucking TexMex. Just... Don't you have a nice house? I guess you have. Invite your friend and order the best mexican food available. Share stories about how we are all going to die and fucking laugh at it sipping the best champagne. Problem solved.

Bitcoin headed to $5,000! (staying on topic) Missed it! I'm praying the VC's are giving up on the dream of Bitcoin being money they way they see it (SEC filings and things of that nature). Sell off their massive stakes for-profit and let the little turds start buying again. Bitcoin felt "right" at $100... it's felt very wrong since $1,500 + to me.

Don't order anything what kind of an advice is this!?!? Don't interact with anybody! And I am saying this as someone who sees more than 100 different people everyday. If that shit spreads here I am done.

Where we going at Probably going to win the halvening prediction game? But i don't really want to, if you know what i mean... These insecure times will shake out quite some hands, i guess. But after that, slow recovery should take place and depending on the world economy sentiment, we could moon again. 2021 ATH may be cancelled, though. 2022-2024 will probably take us to flying heights again. We'll see, we'll hodl.

Of course it is better if they just invite their friend to some things they already have in house or cook themselves, but I guess that's just going too far into paranoia (at this stage).

I'll leave this here. Coronavirus deaths in Italy rise to 1,266 - up 250 in a day what we just witnessed never happened before in the history of crypto If I am not wrong.
lolwut? I was talking about recession, pandemic, global market crash combined. Did it happen before? Did I miss it? Don't think so. Good night, I am off.

I picked a bad time to have anxiety/depression. "State of Emergency" declared in Dallas County, Gov. Abbott declares "State of Disaster" for Texas, and Rick wants fucking TexMex. Just... In Europe we're advised to stay home unless we really need to go out, restrict social life as much as possible. We're about 1-2 weeks ahead, so i'd recommend to think ahead and adjust. Stock things you need, before everybody else hits the supermarkets. For anxiety/depression: It helped me a lot to adapt to a belief that my time on this planet is limited, until a special "expiration date", regardless what i do to avoid or delay it. Now imagine you're in the future where you reach that date and just died. As you look back onto your life, ask yourself what would have you done differently, starting from NOW. What did you really want to do/achieve and didn't yet do it because of whatever. Go into yourself and meditate that. At some point you will hopefully see clearly what you want and what you have to do, to get it. This is life. Depression and anxiety is just like being semi-dead, waiting for the expiration date. Don't trust the voice in your head that keeps you from doing what you want. Because it will try even more so, after you find out what you want to do with your precious life. Sounds esoteric? I know. It helped me a lot to get out of the depressions of my 30s and to become proud of the nerd i always wanted to get away from, just to fit in. Life just doesn't work like that. EDIT: Still it was a piece of work to get out of the hole, but it payed somewhat off for me.
