Last week I had too much work and missed the time corn went over 40000€. Now it's firmly over that. My father is nagging me to sell, to give money to my sister (by selling), I told him countless times I sold enough (too much) and am not going to sell anymore until much higher prices if ever, but he continues, annoying !
parents seem to do this. i converted my dad into a bitcoiner in 2013 and my step dad in 2015 one has bought a car with the gains in 2017, the other is a hodler. one is still nagging sometimes and tells me i should buy a house. hodl! a hodler alwyas has to hodl for the entire family. even if they dont get it. are you under forty or forty years old. At 64 with no kids and no nephews or nieces it is not so easy to hodl. But I will say your constant hodl hodl hodl has convince me to hodl longer time periods. Thus helping me to make more wealth.

Yep... I recall that you were selling a lot in the sub $12k prices and expecting to buy back lower and to keep working the back and forth of BTC's price movements to buy more bitcoin, but that strategy does not work to accumulate bitcoin, it ONLY works to cause you to get "left behind" if you end up selling too much because you are hoping to buy back lower. Anyhow, many of us learn from various mistakes that we make, and it ends up being too bad if whatever stash that you end up having makes you feel like you did not prepare enough for UP in such a way that you could shave a bit of extra BTC off here and there, if you were to to so choose. There ends up being a couple of factors to consider, and one is the size of your BTC stash relative to your other investments, and the question about whether you feel that you have accumulated enough BTC.. and then another thing ends up being your average costs per BTC, and if your average cost per BTC might be in the $7k to 9k arena, then you might not feel that your stash is sufficiently profitable to begin to shave off some BTC here and there along the way. Of course, you feel a bit better to shave off a bit of BTC here and there if your average cost per BTC happens to be either in the lower 4 digits such as below $2k per BTC or even if it is dipping into the triple digits, and there are some OLDer timers here who have even fewer hesitations about scrapping off some BTC here and there because either their average costs per BTC is in the lower three digits, such as below $200 or even in the double or single digits.. rare but still existing in some degree of plentifulness.

If anything I'm the screw up in the family so wouldn't be worried about getting fiat back. My sister makes more money than me, however she works in Paris and wants a flat not too far, so that's around 10000€ for 1 square meter of living space...
My parents were both public servants so yeah, pretty socialists !
I wouldn't give a single sat to anyone who doesn't deserve it, especially family members. I'd say "get on your bike and work for it." No free lunch for anyone. Well, i would. Not because they want, but only if i wanted. That's why i have an even share of my hodlstack for everyone in my family. The part that my wife owns she paid for herself. Better get those vampires off you neck, brothers! Omit the 0, sum up the other digits, bring em back together and it equals 50. EDIT: Got some stuff to do, wifey's at work. Proud to have shared this $50k moment with some of you ...breaking $51k as i go.

A wonderful morning to all WOers!
Mine is "white" too, due to snow. Working from home due to COVID-19. Freshly made coffee, nice and warm in my home office/lab, observing nearly $51k. Isn't life great?
Once more, Warren Buffett's words were confirmed. "Earning money while you sleep" and all...
Guys, don't you fucking sell a single sat. Still at t-minus, don't get out of that rocket! Don't sell your seat to the crowd outside for cheap.
Onwards & Upwards!
HoDL.

$50k was a major psychological boundary. As was $10k before it. And maybe $20k. The next one (in my head at least) is $100k. $60k, $70k, ... etc., should be easy to pwn. For the electronics engineers among us, look at the H/V scale of an oscilloscope: x10, x20, x50 x100, etc. Things are looking up. Literally! ...and flowers are green.
