Have you resolved the land dispute yet?

Survey company should have the documents ready for us to proceed with the case next week. It's taking much longer to resolve than I'd like, but we can't rush anything, given the formal nature of the dispute. We're looking good to win, and legitimately have a case for the Sherriff to come out if need-be.

It's causing me a tremendous amount of aggravation, but construction continues regardless.

No. Lawyer is pretty chilled out, and wanting us to get the property built out ASAP, so he has a nice long range to shoot his .50 Cal at.

Talking about cores. The current other non-mRNA vaccines like AZ and J&J work similar. Like the mRNA ones they make your own cells produce spike proteins. They have an extra step compared to the mRNA vaccines though: DNA gets into the nucleus (cell core). The gene for the coronavirus spike protein then gets read by the cell and copied into mRNA. The mRNA leaves the nucleus, and the cell’s molecules read its sequence and begin assembling spike proteins (like the mRNA vaccines):

The Novavax COVID-19 vaccine candidate for example grows the spike proteins in a lab, which might be interesting to explore in case you don't like the above still experimental stuff but eventually want a vaccine.

No need to be afraid of science. Most of the poor antivaxxer guys have been brainwashed by the youtube videos and questionable news sites. Lots of people are going to die because of this.

Furthermore, vaccinating the population during an active outbreak (which you advocate were in n'est-ce pas?) is a deadsin as any immunologist knows this stimulates virus to mutate and actually become dangerous. They all know this. If you don't believe me go read a random contingency plan for pandemics that predate Covid-19 (I can confirm the Brittish one explicitly states to not vaccinate during an active outbreak for this reason).

Insufficiently tested and rushed? Common misconception - mRNA has been around for DECADES! It's not a bleeding edge tech. Before you comment you could just read some articles on how mRNA and other Covid19 vaccines work. You can even find the source code of the vaccine (yes it's open source) and make sure it's harmless.

Yes, because the unprotected are filling up the hospital beds and people that need other procedures are being delayed. Not to mention the fact that no vaccine is 100% effective. Get the population to 90% vaccinated and this nightmare goes away.

Everyone should chose for there own, taking a vaccine or not taking it…

For me I’m not for the way how vaccines are been forced in a way, when I have had my first invitation letter it said like do you want the vaccine yes or no…. So imo at that time I have had a free choice and I took yes, bc on the first I thought if not now then later on it will be forced and life will get little more difficult and shit, 2nd my parents, brother, some good friends etc etc taking it to… So what if I was refusing it as I first wanted and in the end all the vacced people where bad of…. Then I would be sorry as well, now I’m on the same boat as most of the people I care for the most…

Then few of my very best friends refused and life getting hard for them, I wanted to make multi 1000 dollar bets with them, where is said you will be vacced before the first of March… they don’t take te bet bc they know the’ll getting the vaccine …. There is no way around for some of them like one is a gym teacher and a gym teacher in school, probably 2 jobs where a vacc pass will be needed….

I still hold my little satisfaction that I had a letter that said yes/no where I could chose what to take and not like my friends who are being forced one way or another cause of all restrictions

Running an Umbrel node that I'm super happy with, but just haven't had the incentive or desire to play with Lightning again - Too much other stuff going on in my life sorta thing.

Half debating surveying for natural gas deposits around 2025'ish on segments of our ranch, and see if I can't start doing some of that waste-emission-based mining with some of the new offerings available.

I mean, we'll have at least 50kWh of Solar available to us, but not enough to run a serious mining op - Will be entirely dedicated to powering the ranch/home needs.
