@BTC_Archive
El Salvador’s $1 billion #Bitcoin  bond will be issued between March 15-20.
https://twitter.com/btc_archive/status/1491733004963946497?s=21

@BTC_Archive
El Salvador's $1b #Bitcoin  Bond will:
- Pay 6.5% p.a.
- $500m used for #Bitcoin  mining and developing renewable energy from volcanoes.
- $500m to buy more #Bitcoin
https://twitter.com/btc_archive/status/1491733628023357442?s=21

... I think there was going to be a clause for Salvadorian permanent residency if you buy $100k or more of this bitcoin bond?

Emigration is something I will seriously look into in the next cycle. I am going to have to pay a lot of money in capital gains tax after selling 25% of my stash in late 2021.

I am not willing to do that again in 2025/26.

Just move to Portugal  Smiley

Exact, Portugal is a very good choice in Europe for BTC/crypto holder/investor. I even switched Malta residency for Portugal. I don't know how many times it will stay like this, but till now, I don't regret at all this choice.

Funny (not really, but read on...)
I used to get aroused very quickly, but now it's like no wind in the southern sails. I also seem to be "blind" to some smells now, like sweet peppers, coconut, milk and some other stuff. I felt somewhat emotionally distanced to my wife, which i blame on the partial loss of smell, but this started to vanish slowly as of today. Really, whenever she said she loves me, i was feeling like "so what?". Strange and worrying at first, but i started actively smelling food, materials, chemicals to train my sense of smell again, seems to work. I also had a good spoon of Wasabi, which was freaking hot in the mouth/throat and on the tongue, but no tears shooting and no runny nose any more.
I'm sure my libido will get up to the same old level, but it felt really worrysome, almost alien-like at first.

... interesting, I've found the best thing to clear up any lingering covid symptoms, "long covid" (I tried plenty), was sunbathing (nude if possible), diet, exercise, sleep and then a liver cleanse was a huge help too

Following 8 foods for liver cleanse:
1. Cruciferous vegetables; kale, broccoli, radish (broccoli and radish sprouts especially), arugula, wasabi, mustard, mustard greens (all contain high sulforafane)
2. garlic
3. tumeric
4. beets
5. mushrooms - turkey tail, oyster
6. avocados
7. extra virgin olive oil
8. sardines, salmon

Hey all you Texans (there tends to be alot of you guys in this thread) I have a question for you.

Is SmartEnergy the name of the company that scammed everyone during the blackout last year?

I just got a unsolicited offer from them to switch over offering credit and seem to remember that is one of the companies that screwed you guys over.

Portugal seriously damaged their golden visa program by not allowing the purchase of qualifying residential RE in Lisbon, Porto and Algarve (since Jan 1, 2022).
Only Madeira and inner parts qualify now, unless you buy commercial RE.

it has an average score of 1 (out of 5), FYI.
I would never use them, but one time I used a company with many negs (not on my own volition) and it turned out OK in the end.
The main thing-do they bill right and do they process payments correctly? If a few people say that they don't, then i don't even consider it.

Thanks, I have no intention of using them but I'm wondering if they got away with fucking all those texans so now they are trying to move into other states.

But I still don't know if thats one of the companies that did it.

I would think a company that was fucking people over while the people they were supposed to be serving were literally dieing would have been shut down by now, not expanding.

So that is really why I want to know if thats one of them or the one. I'm not even sure if it was multiple companies.

It's funny that company (and places) names in US are now turned completely Orwellian doublespeak.
Examples: Sunnyside-biggest s-thole in Houston, Haverstock hills, New hope, Brigid's hope, Magnificat houses, etc., etc. All below par.
So, if you see something like "Shiny Hill Village apartments", stay away.
So, by this critetia, a company that calls itself "Smart" is likely to be at the bottom of the barrel.

Once the politicians got away with stealing away our constitutional rights by calling it a "patriot act". the companies jumped on the bandwagon.

It's amazing how stupid the general population really is.

Thats a good thing, prevents people from bidding up real estate in big cities and popular areas making them unliveable for locals.  at least thats my humble opinion
