What a load of shit this hovering around 29.5K for so long.

 

Maybe this weekend or this month could be a good time to cross 29k plus, but looking very clearly there seems to be much selling pressure within the chart of 29k to 29,800. Here comes a strong holders.

Substantively, this "delay" does not even seem unusual, because the reason for "the delay" is the SEC's requesting public comment.
