That was...unexpected. One off? Who's buying into a fund with 1,5% fees I don't trust all these twitter stats. There is a huge difference between them and https://platform.arkhamintelligence.com/explorer/entity/grayscale where every transaction can be seen. According to it, yesterday was again negative with 1900 BTC outflows and 0 inflows. The day before that 1000 BTC inflows and 4200 BTC outflows. I don't know where this huge difference is coming from, but it is a fact. Even if we don't count the non labeled addresses, the outflows are still much bigger than all twitter accounts report. Haven't used that site so can't comment where the difference is coming from, but that info lines up with https://farside.co.uk/?p=997 and typically with bloomberg data (although i haven't seen bloomberg data for friday yet). On top of that https://etfs.grayscale.com/gbtc is currently showing "As of 05/03/2024 Total Bitcoin in Trust 291,238.7864" i believe the stats are before the market opened on that day, that is they had 291,238.7864BTC at closing on Thursday the 2nd. So if everything is correct GBTC should have about BTC1k inflow on Friday or BTC292k+ in trust at opening on Monday, that should be reflected in their stats once they update it on Monday. Following up, sure enough now https://etfs.grayscale.com/gbtc is currently showing "As of 05/06/2024 Total Bitcoin in Trust 292,217.6761" so GBTC did in fact add BTC1k last Friday. Furthermore looks like they added another $3.9MM in BTC today, second day of inflows into GBTC , have I somehow switched into antiverse?

We have the pushup challenge going on... You could start out with 30 per day.. 3 sets of 10 or some other manageable way of getting in some exercise as we are planning for $100k (as an intermediary bump in the road to higher BTC price statuses)100 Push-Ups A Day Until Bitcoin Is $100K ChallengeI'm definitely not doing that (I can't) but I bought a sturdy, magnetic self powered exercise bike that gives out calories spent and I was already trying (since a few days) to spend at least 100 calories a day on it. It's not that much but it's a start, once it's achieved and sustained I will increase it. As we get older (especially after our mid-30s), we have more and more difficulties retaining muscle, and that is one of the benefits of resistance training rather than cardio.. of course, some cardio is good, and walking can be quite good too.. but sometimes there is going to be a need for some kind of resistance training, especially as we are getting older... We are all getting older.. but some of us might already be older than others, and yeah, whether there is any kind of actual need to do resistance training or cardio exercises or just to do normal activities can be questions of preferences, and surely diet and sleep are also important in terms of attempting to maintain health. Also it wasn't planned but today (day off) I helped my mother cutting some trees in the garden with a small chainsaw and by the end of it my arms hurt but I could feel my muscles in a good way so I'm motivated to get the dumbbells out !
Surely some of the manual labor can be good too.. and surely dumbbells can be used as a form of resistance training, too.

WTF, Is it believable for a low amount transaction of this fee. 4 may 2024, someone paid $100,608 fees for their $6 amount Bitcoin transfer. Hmm. No change address. Weird. I don't think any legit wallet would miss that.
Looks like they mixed up the fee and the output fields, ie meant to send the ~1.6 btc
There is no fee field. Any fund not allocated is the fee. Usually you have the target and the change address (though you can't necessarily tell which is which) but you can have more target addresses if you want.

Farsides reporting confirms your $3.9MM as well. Almost every ETF is suddenly having inflows again.

If a client tells a fiduciary to trade bitcoin for fiat, just to pile pennies. Is that fiduciary legally required to slap the client into coherence?
