45 modded pushups
45 minutes on the stationary bike and resistance bands.

is now

15 flights of stairs
30 modded pushups

weight is 198 vs 184.

but the toe is getting a lot better so i will do more as we approach Christmas 🎄

Does anyone know how to bypass YouTube age restrictions?

I personally use the FreeTube, that requires no login, there will be no ads and importantly no one will be tracking us.

Other option is installing userscripts with tamper monkey that Simple-YouTube-Age-Restriction-Bypass actually bypass the age restricted videos on YouTube itself but it works for some and not for most of the users since it hasn't been updated like for three years.
