Don't you think about using exchange service for this kind of deal? Something like unichange.me, for example.
I'm not sure that this is the cheapest way, but it should be quite fast exchange Bitcoin to SEPA.

Hey I just saw your thread and wanted to throw out Bitpanda in the mix. They offer SEPA withdrawals and I think you get your money on the same day. I have used them for PayPal tx and they seem solid to me.
