If we look chart than we can see that bitcoin is not enoug strong to pass 1060$,so btc need to comeback at lowel level, weak hands will sell strong will buy,bad news is that bitcoin is below 7000 yuan what breaktrough breakdown level.I am affraid we can forget about above 1000$ level for some time, double top was created, btc will goes down,i have bought some dogie for that time

It has actually dropped in the last hour down to $955 the last I checked.
But that was on preev website.
I think someone told me to check accurate prices up to the second with all the other markets at what they are trading. So to get the most down to the minute price from all those exchanges at bitcoinwisdom.
But then again I might be wrong. Undecided

And China did it again. Chinese exchanges OkCoin and Huobi stopped processing withdrawals.
Apparently they need time to upgrade their system to be fully compatible with new regulations.
But they must have known that freezing money of their customers would cause panic.
So at this point I am beginning to think it is all smoke and mirrors and PBoC is influencing price from the shadows.

Honestly, China will always have an influence on price. This seems like a temporary setback though, once dust clears and everyone calms down again I hope/expect the slow march back up Smiley

Omg a dip! I just bought as much as I could this week. I'm expecting a huge huge rise because of the ETF by the winklevoss twins and because of the Chinese of course. It should all pan out to be a great 2017 for bitcoins.

it looks like the China story in never going to end.
the best course of action is to take the most advantage of this situation, because it is turning into the most predictable thing that can happen in bitcoin market.
when the FUD starts flying sell on top (not on the way down or after price dropped) and buy back at the bottom. ez money.

Is there any news on when they are going to lift the suspension on the withdrawals? What is wrong with China’s central bank? They have gazillions of yuan and yet they are so paranoid about a crypto currency with small market cap taking away their country’s wealth. If anything, this is another good chance to get onboard because sooner or later, the price is going to bounce back even stronger.

I'm sure that the price will soon go up bitcoin, when present dropped below $1.000 then I think it is a good time to buy. I'm sure that the price of the bitcoin in this month will be stable above $1.000, so I suggest to buy a bitcoin.

Just remember - "The time to buy is when there's blood in the streets."

It will be just like the last time after PBoC intervention, when dust will settle Bitcoin will start to climb again.

And this time we will have even more positive news to back rising trend! Coin ETF will shake the market in March!!!

I know sell at the top and buy in the dips but this is too risky for me with regards to timing and I know I'd be out of the game fast and left behind!

I can't guarantee I'd sell and buy at the right time. It's taken me enough hard work to get a decent stash and I will hodl these for as long as possible. If you don't need the money then I suggest you all do the same and try and forget the short term price.

Look at the bigger picture and think of the future.

10% is way too low. Previously chance for SEC's acceptance was around 25% maybe little higher.
But new documents submitted to the SEC on 8th could boost significantly that number.
Winklevoss cached the wind in their sails and size of their offering has increased, from $65m to $100m.

well if you believe with this investment the longer you hold the better chances to earn, shorting bitcoin really works with binary trading but if you are just doing a day trade you won't feel big earnings in a little short time you really needed to have a big time frame and a target price before selling your holdings.

China has real impact and always had real impact on bitcoin and its price but the impact is not because they "control bitcoin" or "have much larger volume" no. and it certainly is not as big as it is advertised.
it is simply because the media wanted them to have more impact.

the real impact is what a big country with a large population with so many professional trades who are interested and heavily invested in bitcoin can have and it is much smaller than other places such as US and Russia.

I hope we can buy more bitcoin at cheaper price such as $700-800 Grin. It will give an opportunity for new users and investors to purchase bitcoin and we will start to rise again.

I'm sure a lot of people do not like when such an event occurs, but the upside is that it will be easier for Bitcoin to reach the oversold condition after that, and then Bitcoin will be able to climb again stronger and at a more organic pace.

If you're a trader then you probably don't want this China drama to end. As you said, the market is behaving in a repetitive manner, and exactly that is what translates into easy money making opportunities. Big players behind the scenes manipulate the market exactly in their preferred direction, but that means we can benefit from their manipulation as well. Grin Tell me, where else do you get to make this much profits?
