You will still get 14 (every 2 weeks)

Im pretty sure if you post 10,000 message in 14 days you get a nice ban on top of your 14 activity. 44 posts per hour on 16h work days for 14 days straight is no joke for your health either.

You can make 28 posts in term n and 1 post in term n+1 for a total number of 29 posts and 28 activity. Not sure if that answers the question, if not try rephrasing.

I don't think there is restriction for posting pictures , you can post picture and it won't matter how much activity you have or rank you are .
You should simply upload your picture to an img hosting service like imgur and put it on the IMG tags like this :
