Well, you were very lucky there. Considered that at some point you dropped to ~35mBTC after hitting a losing streak.
Still, I found martingale flawed strategy. I would rather risk my chances with betting that  0.1 BTC at 50% just once and try to reach 0.2.
Why didn't you continue after you reached that 0.2BTC? It would be enticing to watch how far you could go.

Lol basically if he continue, he will gone down to 0, nada, empty bankroll.  That is the problem with people who is trying martingale system and keep on pushing their luck.  OP is smart enough to counter the flaw of martingale and stop as soon as he feel that it is a decent win Smiley

It is possible. Say you have $300 (a buffer is nice in case you have a bad streak) and bet at $1... 500 bets. Double at loss:

But then, this can happen:

Thanks! I'm also fascinated by the martingale system, which is why I created simulations of it. Graphs above are from that. With a lot of initial money you could possibly go for a long while... maybe someone want to explore that further? Smiley

How are you simulating it? Would be fun to punch in a million random scenarios and plot all the outcomes.

What you have done is quite amazing as well as it is quite risky martingale technique. If you get 3 red streak in row with 10 mBTC bet size and only 100 mBTC bankroll you will loss almost 70% of what you have which can happen with 50% win chance.

Anyway congratulation, but this can't be repeated always.

That would take some heavy commitment. Great video and thanks for sharing it i'll try your strategy later with a smaller bankroll and hope it turns out well for me.  Wink

Edit: Played with 10mbtc then went on a straight 5 losing streak after a few rolls. I was up like halfway to doubling my deposit at some point then the losing streak hit me hard. It was a nice session while it lasted. Smiley

Martingale can be the best and at the same time it can be the worst. OP was lucky that he martingaled when there were so many greens. If you could have been greedy and continued for a while, he could have bumped into a losing streak which could have wiped his all account. It is good that he knew when to stop.

I threw it together in LibreOffce Calc actually. Then it made a graph out of the rows there.

The worst I've seen when testing in LibreOffice Calc is 15 losses in a row. So, it would require a quite huge sum to be able to coop with that. Still fascinating system though. Smiley

I am new about these strategy but I am using it since I discovered these strategy. I have been using my faucet bitcoins to gamble and i think martingale must be really used with a big money in hand.
My longest losing streak hit is 23 and it is really dissapointing. Well that is the end of my gambling activity that day because of the big bets that i have and i did not see my bitcoins.
Martingale is a good strategy but it is indeed a worst strategy too.

At 50/50 odds you lost 23 times in a row? That is a long streak! You were not betting on 999dice were you?  Tongue

Sharing this video I made again Smiley

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yjJ3PFaslVE&t=35s

Managed to double my 0.1BTC deposit at Rollin and withdraw over 0.2BTC

I see a lot of people talk about how good Martingale technique is, so maybe this video is helpful! Was fun Smiley

I think Martingale is much effective somehow, but it's not accurately effective at all. The best way I saw in this method is start on betting at small amount of satoshi just do it for experimental only nothing to lose. Smiley Like example start bet at 0.00001BTC, if lose at the 1st round set your bet in double amount make it 0.00002BTC until you win  then back to the basic amount of 0.00001BTC. I think that's effective because I tried it. Grin

That's right.
I remember that I checked that out, and the only way you could win money at the long run from martinagle betting is if you have infinity amount of money.
But if you have infinity amount of money, then you don't have any reason to bet because it will literally gain you nothing Cheesy

Now, with ANN: DiceBack.com, partnering with Rollin.io, you could have all the fun trying, but with a bonus.

If you suceed - > you will win even more.
If you fail -> you will at least portion of it with EdgeBack Smiley

Nice man. I watched the video, I also used this strategy before but I wasn't lucky as you because I have a small bankroll. Congrats!
