Yes some dont survive because they are lacking of budget to promote their gambling site  . failed ones only promoting for a few weeks and the members that promoting were also limited  but atleast sig campaigns can still drove a good impact not just for a gambling site but on almost any sites as well  .  

And based on my own experience Whenever i try to search a gambling games online , first thing that comes to mind is the ones that i see on a sig campaign  .  companies that have been promoted by sig campaign do really leaves a memory on our brains

I agree with you, I am not restricting the success to signature campaign only as there's plenty of ways to attract customers, I'm just saying that signature campaign is also an effective tool for marketing. However, it should be noted that they have to hire a competent manager to make it effective and I think most of the signature campaign managers in the forum are well experience so most likely it will deliver great results.
