I would say what cards to get depends on your budget.
You should also consider the 1060's IMO

Also, don't expect to become rich from mining  Grin

if your budget is less than 2k, then go for the following...
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 Windforce 2X OC - $444 x 4
OC can do magic sometimes on most algorithm!
DO use www.whattomine.com to determine your speed and profitability.

Scratch the 1080 TI off the list. It's too expensive for the performance you will get.  The 1070 is a better option when comparing against the 1080.  Having said that, Draceus0 is correct, consider the 1060 too if available.

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 Windforce 2X OC damh it was 544$  but the INNO3D is 480$ and i found a ASUS GEFORCE GTX 1070 STRIX 8G for 5038$

But then its only 100$ less then the vega 64 and maybe thats a better option? Vega 64 is the only card that i feel have a good price atm.

For Ethash, the Sapphire Radeon RX 580 Nitro+ SE - 8GB will get 30-31 MH/s after a simple Bios mod with the Polaris Bios Editor v1.6 'one click timing patch', which is about the same as a GTX 1070 and the RX 580 will have 50% better dual mining performance. Great cards and they run cool too.

I would go for 1070 for a more versatile/flexible card that runs smooth on almost all algo but it also depends on your budget, 1060s are great too

The RX family is still overpriced and from the looks of your prices the 1060 is overpriced in your country too, i would get the cheapest 1070 i can get my hands on, they don't have big performance differences anyway.
