My account in blockchain was drained.
I can not get support to provide information on where the transfer went
If I knew who received it, I could tell if it was an accident or a hack
I would at least have a way to investigate
blockchain ties all transactions to accounts and each account to an email
They owe me at least this basic info
How do I get this info?

Just check the address. It shows which address received the bitcoin.

When does the transaction happen? Can you post the btc address here or the transaction ID. It's possible that someone knows your login details there, but even someone knew it you can receive the confimation from your email so you can access your wallet, except if you autosave those details in your browser and someone took it there or that someone also knows your login details from your email used on blockchain.info, but its rarely to happen.

And even you tell those to blockchain support they can't do nothing, the reason is that account was hacked and you're the one responsible to secured that account.

Just check the address. It shows which address received the bitcoin.

This is the best way you can just simple check the address on where those bitcoins been transfered since you could able to see it if theres any transaction and regarding on this case maybe your wallet have been hacked for sure if you saw theres a transfer of funds transaction.

Change the title of your thread. This is a problem with blockchain.info not the blockchain. You were scammed by a shitty wallet. Next time google it before you start using crappy web wallets.

If you know your bitcoin address, you can see on blockchain.info explorer where the bitcoins were sent. You will only see another bitcoin address. For next time avoid using web wallets to store your bitcoins.

There are many vectors of attack if you are not careful.
Do you have backups of your blockchain.info wallet? If so, where?  Are they sent to your email? Are they stored on dropbox?
Do you have a complex and secure password?  (AT LEAST 10 characters long, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols, with no real words)
You can restore your account also if you imported any private keys or addresses into your wallet that were generated elsewhere

i think blockchain.info not recomended if you have big balance bitcoin, electrum is very recomended bitcoin wallet

Blockchain.info asks for browser authorization before you can access your account so if you haven't authorized your access than you can try to contact their support however i don't think they will give you info regarding any of their customers. Also the address where your bitcoin end up may not be associated with blockchain.info wallet so i don't think you can get back what you have lost.

There it is.
The address may not necessarily be a blockchain.info address you, in which case they'd have no way of knowing the email address.
And anyway, what's stopping the 'hacker'(if there was any) to use a throwaway email?

Also, I don't think there's any way that blockchain.info support will provide you with the account details of their other customers. That would be a breach.   

Either you track the address where your funds went to or,
post the address and hope someone could track it for you and maybe it ends up on someone's known address. Who knows.

It is most likely security problem on your side Op, your account was probably hacked somehow and attacker got access to your funds.
I would start by scanning your machine, very thoughtfully, look for malware, viruses, Trojans, keyloggers these type of stuff.
What were your security options set in the wallet? You didn't mention whether 2FA or other very important features were activated.
When bitcoin from your wallet are transferred to another address there is nothing you can do get it back. Blockchain.info's support won't help you.

IMO such accidents hadly happen as far as I know, and if blockchain.info did not send an authorization email for you to grant access to the browser... then the only explanation is access was from an ”authorized” gadget and customer service won't be much of help in this case.
