1 month ago we had an innovative startup idea, we drew up business plan and we made one part of web scripts
We believe so much in this idea, but we have problem 

In Italy, with 17 years, we can't use Paypal and other online payment types and our parents don't want to help.

Maybe you can find someone who gives you this money. But I would recommend you to be more active in the forum and join signature campaigns.
As your rank gets higher, the wages will increase. You can earn hosting and domain name money from signature campaigns.

I don't think that you will get enough money only from donations. You didn't give any information about your project and there are no guarantees that you will return money.
$27.62 isn't a big money I think. When I was 17 years old, I already had bank account, is it impossible in Italy to have bank account, being 16-17 years old?
I can recommend to offer your skills at Services section, receive btc for your work. In this way, you can earn enough monet for your project.

dont bother with the signature campaigns. its like being told to walk the streets looking for pennies people throw on the ground

instead sell your skills to other bitcoin businesses. show them some work you have already designed.
ask for sponsorship.

EG find an issue with someones website and give them some code to fix the issue. (could be as simple as a design/layout tweak) or an update to their logo.

get to know who is involved in the bitcoin world and get some work, either freelance or contract. gain some experience seeing how businesses work and that will also help you develop your own business.

I think it is hard to earn this money with the donations. But there are other ways. One of them is: You can work. In the service section you can sell your talent and earn this money easily. Or you can try to do the jobs in this section. Signature campaigns are another way that you can earn money. You can also try to borrow this money. Look at the lending section for this. Good luck.

Well first off $27.62 is not big enough money. Why don't you ask
your parents first if they can provide you with the initial funds.
If you explain everything, I think your parents will understand
you guys and probably support you and will not just give you the
more money than expected. There are a lot of freelance website
looking for talents like you have. Just sign up in those website
and try to bid for projects that suits your expertise.

As others have said check our forum to see how you can offer
your service to other members so that you can earn a bit to
help you with your project startup.

1. Sell your skills (programming and design) in here or freelance websites.
2. Show your parents about your project result, then ask them to pay for you and you give them cash money.
3. Use local server with free domain or free server with free domain if you're desperate.

These lads are gone AWOL after asking for assistance. They(!) were online when I posted to give them the freebies, but looked like they were not interested at all. Seems like it was just the $27.62 they needed to buy candies, the whole story of startup project, domain, hosting and all their expertise was just an excuse.

why not to try to find somewhere to buy domains names , hosting paying with bitcoin , if your project is legal , why not to explain to your fathers they help you  then
ry to be higher ranks in bitcoin talk and join some signature campaigns to get the users trust , newbie you account worth nothing no body can trust
