ICN already stated that they will honor this agreement and I trust them to do so. Is there someone with legal expertise concerning this claim from the whitepaper? 3.2 ICONOMI Tokens (ICN)
ICONOMI will issue 100 milion ICONOMI tokens (ICN) 10 days after the crowdfunding campaign successfully ends.
100 % of the ICONOMI tokens represent 100 % ownership of the ICONOMI platform, comprising of all assets and liabilities, as well as each and every
right and obligation, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, branding and trademarks Is this statement binding under a legal perspective? Does it really mean 100% ownership ? So as the owners of the company, if some day, we vote to liquidate the funds of company and distribute to the token holders. Will they do it ? ^ Just a thought, as I see P/B ratio is low at this time. |

I've brought this up many times in the past - feel free to read the previous threads. The promise on which they raised money is not being implemented. Instead, all the investor money is being paid into the company making the managers rich. They have reneged on almost every promise made during fundraising. The implications would be different in different jurisdictions though. |

It's true that ICN is a scam Company. Don't invest in Icn. It's price will never go up. Last year it's price not crossed $5. giving x18 times return, but other coins like ripple, tron, and many more gave more than x100 times the return. If it was a good project it would have given good returns.

if you look at trade06 posts, all his 33 posts are saying Iconomi is scam. He is warning us about this from past 6 months. I don't understand why is he so deeply hurt by Iconomi from the start ?  |

My Dear friend Icn on 23 Jun 2017 was $4.93 V/s Ripple in Jun 2017 was $ 0.43 V/s Etherum was $ 414.76 and bitcoin was trading near $3000. But in Dec when bitcoin was trading $20,000 Icn was $ 5.26 V/s Ripple $ 3.84 V/s Etherum $ 1,432.88. Every Coin improved with the improvement in Bitcoin but Icn Covered the journey from $4.93 to $ 5.26 in 6 months. Shame on this project. Even the investers who have invested there money in this project if they had put there money in Bitcoin have got many more times the return.
It's a Pump and Dump Coin.

Yeah, I have just read about Coinbase index fund, but it is only based on 4 cryptocurrencies (soon 5 when they will add ETC). So comparing it to 30 funds on ICONOMI with big number of different crypto to choose, I think coinbase has a different target clients. Anyway, it's not the only competition, Blackmoon is tokenizing IPO for example. There will be more projects like this for sure, cause it's one of the best use case for blockchain.

Comparing the Coinbase fund which is only open to accredited US investors and the minimum is $250k, to the Iconomi funds is like comparing apples to oranges... hold on guys... this tripple bottom is actually the mining cost of bitcoin. it's very less probably that we will go lower than the mining cost even for a short time. Except people who buy low and sell even lower but that's not sustaining. If we go lower also no need to worry cause we would be all in trouble but we will have the biggest support group... The whole crypto community especially bitcointalk

With 6 BTC volume on Binance it must be huge improvement. Crypto market didn’t even noticed Fiat gateway. This is how real world sees Jani and Tim doings to ICO investors.
