You might PM Crunck. He could personally swap them if he is so inclined.
Note that he has not posted in almost 2 months (since the swap).

Also, approx 200,000 POSIV were created in the swap but, somehow
there is magically over 3 million coins now??? (15 times the swap amount)

I hope not. There were 200,000 coins created in the swap.
Then, suddenly without any explanation there were 3 million coins.
Any activity would be just to create a market to dump the mystery coins.
